I would like to share my experience with Wendy, Vince, Priscilla, Pablo, and Maria. My house got destroyed with water damage and they came in and took care of me. I wasn't thinking one bit cause of the damage, and they walked me through everything that was going on. They had my house packed up in 3 days to begin the next stage. I have to thank them so much and I appreciate you and everything you'll did for me. THANK YOU!

SERVPRO came right out when we needed them. They did a complete pack out of our entire first floor and then continued with demo and remediation. All of the team members were professional, courteous, and respectful. They were very thorough, handled everything with care, had exceptional attention to detail and left everything spotless. They were efficient and worked hard in a timely manner. There was wonderful communication and multiple visits from supervisors checking in along the way to ensure everything was proceeding properly. Highly recommend this company.

Wendy, Marco, Melvin and Priscilla were amazing. They were the best crew. They worked well together and very flexible and made sure everything was just right before they left. Everything that was packed up and stored was then brought back in perfect shape. They took care to handle everything so nothing was damaged or broken. Joe and his team came in and took care of the water damage in our kitchen. I was pleasantly surprised with how well they taped off the damage area so the rest of the house does not become a mess. They left the damage area spotless! Very professional and great quality of work!

My AAA homeowners insurance arranged for SERVPRO/lake Elsinore to do the cleanup following water damage to my walls and floors SERVPRO protected and moved furniture, pictures lamps and other room contents Also, SERVPRO removed affected walls , and hardwood floors in two rooms and one closet. The whole process was done in 3 days and the rooms are ready for reconstruction. Everyone that SERVPRO sent out knew their job and exhibited a caring and professional attitude.
