Nichole is the Marketing Manager at SERVPRO of Woodcrest/El Cerrito/Lake Mathews, SERVPRO of Lake Elsinore/Perris and SERVPRO of Temecula, where Nichole leads the way by example in reaching out to our communities to offer exceptional services. Nichole coordinates, develops and creates new opportunities of business and relationships with customers including all digital and social media as well as the growing the businesses reputation.

Nichole has a strong background in Sales, Marketing and Branding for the last 20 years. Working as a sales and marketing manager for a large domestic cigar manufacture to on-air radio advertising and marketing at a local radio station to working digital with a premier partner of Google and Facebook to get clients found online by using digital solutions.

Nichole is a mother of 2 young adults. She is passionate about music. She plays the piano and the guitar and enjoys going to concerts and festivals as much as possible.

Aaron Perret has been an integral part of our team for over 1.5 years, bringing precision and expertise to every project he estimates. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results, Aaron ensures each project is planned to perfection.

Outside of work, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, hitting the golf course, and indulging in his love for cars. His favorite color, red, reflects his energetic and driven personality.

Brenda Carrillo has been an integral part of our team for over seven years, showcasing her expertise and leadership as our Contents Supervisor. Her bilingual skills and dedication to excellence ensure smooth operations and exceptional results.

Outside of work, Brenda is a proud soccer mom who loves cheering on her kids from the sidelines. She and her husband, Robert, enjoy raising their four children together, embracing the joys and challenges of a busy family life.

Elena Araujo has been an essential part of our team for the past two years, bringing her expertise and leadership to the role of Contents Supervisor. Her dedication and attention to detail ensure every project is handled with precision and care.

Outside of work, Elena stays active by doing Zumba and enjoys spending time with her two children, a son and a daughter, who keep her inspired every day.

Esteban Zapata is a dedicated Recon Estimator who brings accuracy and professionalism to every project. His commitment to excellence ensures each job is completed to the highest standard.

Excitingly, Esteban and his family are eagerly preparing to welcome a new addition to their lives—a child on the way! In his free time, he enjoys following baseball and cheering for his favorite team, the Angels.

As the youngest of seven siblings, Gladis has a strong family spirit. She loves spending time with her 11-year-old daughter and their three dogs. In her free time, she enjoys reading, playing softball, solving word searches, and baking delicious treats.
