Unexpected water leak in my home. I’ve been dealing with my insurance adjuster, my contractor and Servpro Servpro done an amazing job from Fernando and Pablo the superintendent and the inspector to the packout crew. Wendy, Priscilla and Vince. I’ve had no trouble they’ve been polite compliant and very helpful through the whole process it’s not easy packing up 10 years of your life. This company does everything they can do for your customer service and satisfaction Just update as demo continues we have Marcus Jose Rudy Gilberto, Jorge, Priscilla, and Wendy back again to finish the pack out and to continue demo what an amazing company they strive for customer service. They have been helpful nonjudgmental of all the crap I’ve stored for 10 years and I’ve been wonderful through the entire process I will keep you updated as a journey continues, such professional, professionalism, hard work, and care for your home and your things.

Jose and Marco did an incredible job ripping out the drywall and beginning of restoration. These guys are absolute professionals and take great pride in removing all the debris and leaving the house clean. I don’t think I would ever take the chance in hiring a different company at this stage. Proud of the work they have done. Thank you gentlemen!

Marco and Jose did a great job. They came on time, prepared room and hallway for demolition. They took out flooring and dry wall. They set up fans and cleaned up at the end of the day.
