SERVPRO came right out when we needed them. They did a complete pack out of our entire first floor and then continued with demo and remediation. All of the team members were professional, courteous, and respectful. They were very thorough, handled everything with care, had exceptional attention to detail and left everything spotless. They were efficient and worked hard in a timely manner. There was wonderful communication and multiple visits from supervisors checking in along the way to ensure everything was proceeding properly. Wendy, Marco, Melvin and Priscilla were amazing. They were the best crew. They worked well together and very flexible and made sure everything was just right before they left. Everything that was packed up and stored was then brought back in perfect shape. They took care to handle everything so nothing was damaged or broken.
