Marco from SERVPRO was fantastic. He did such a clean and careful job setting up my master bedroom for demolition that it almost looked like no demolition had happened at all. He was very precise in removing the leaked portion of the ceiling and took great care not to damage anything else. I truly appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail.
Thank you SERVPRO for sending out Marco. He did a good job and was thorough as well as swift in doing what needing to be done. He removed the drywall with straight cuts. He left no trash behind. He also broke down what I need to do as far as making sure that I close the plastic barrier. He explained to me the reason for the positioning of the fans that they are they’re pointing to the wet damaged area. Again, thank you for sending out Marco.

SERVPRO came right out when we needed them. They did a complete pack out of our entire first floor and then continued with demo and remediation. All of the team members were professional, courteous, and respectful. They were very thorough, handled everything with care, had exceptional attention to detail and left everything spotless.
