Had a leak in the drain pipe of the kitchen that caused major water damage. Benny at SERVPRO came in and saved the day. Benny metered the water damage and gave me a step by step play of next steps, handling the management of the demo of water affected areas and water mitigation. Benny was professional, knowledgeable and had no problem answering my millions of questions! When it came time for pack out of the furniture Yanick, Simone and Alex did an excellent job of taking care of the furniture and packing it safe and sound. They made sure everything was accounted for and took notes of where everything went. They did such a great job when they returned to place everything back inside they knew exactly where it all went!
