This is my first time every writing a review, but I felt SERVPRO Malibu and Jitka and her team deserved to be recognized. I had water damage occur to my condo, which was devastating. After doing some research since I am a very detailed and meticulous person I reached out to SERVPRO. Jitka was able to get me on the books and came out to assess the damage and take moisture test readings and photos. She then submitted all of this to my homeowners insurance. Once everything was approved her team came out to do the water remediation. Caesar & Francisco were great. They did a very thorough job prepping my place with floor coverings and dust barriers before beginning the actual demo. They were very detailed in getting everything remediated properly while keeping things in my condo as clean as possible. Jitka and her crew were all very nice, professional, and kept you apprised of all the steps. If you ever have damage to your property I would highly recommend SERVPRO Malibu and Jitka!
