Raffi and his ServPro team was top notch from the get go! My partner and I were evacuees from the January 2025 fires and relocated five times. So blessed our house survived, recently returning home. Raffi and his team are the best! Our home was not completely destroyed in the Pacific Palisades fire but it required both interior and exterior remediation. We used Servpro of Hollywood Hills/Los Feliz (Raffi Kitsinian - excellent!). We cannot recommend them highly enough. They were professional, informative and detailed orientated.
