I called these guys first since they came recommended from a friend, my call was answered on the first ring by a gentlemen named Rafi..... he immediately put my mind at ease and assured me his crew would arrive within an hour, just like clock work his crew arrived and took care of my water leak and all other necessary clean up and work.

We had a flood at my house late September due to a burst pipe underground. I contacted SERVPRO Hollywood Hills, and immediately Raffi came to my house and assessed the damage. Within hours Raffi and his amazing staff began to salvage my personal property and started the clean up process. Although dealing with the insurance was a major hassle, however SERVPRO made the experience as pleasant as it could be!
I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone who needs their services!
