We had a flood at my house late September due to a burst pipe underground. I contacted SERVPRO Hollywood Hills, and immediately Raffi came to my house and assessed the damage. Within hours Raffi and his amazing staff began to salvage my personal property and started the clean up process. Although dealing with the insurance was a major hassle, however SERVPRO made the experience as pleasant as it could be!I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone who needs their services!

Thank you Raffi and the entire team at SERVPRO! Our building caught on fire and as you can imagine, it was an incredibly stressful situation. Raffi came in right away and provided so much personal care, professionalism and assistance throughout the entire process. He addressed my health concerns and accommodated my requests without batting an eye. Arlene and the rest of the team came in, carefully packed everything in my home, cleaned it on site, and returned it all exactly how they found it. I was amazed and impressed!
