I highly recommend SERVPRO of Hollywood Hills/Los Feliz. Raffi came to my home and helped resolve my mold issue quickly and for far less than I expected. What really stood out was his honesty, he did not try to oversell unnecessary services, which I really appreciated. Raffi and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of mold or other remediation services.

Raffi and his ServPro team was top notch from the get go! My partner and I were evacuees from the January 2025 fires and relocated five times. So blessed our house survived, recently returning home. The week before returning home we realized that aside from only two small side tables, the move back home would be physically daunting. Our insurance adjuster referred three contractors to assist us with our move. My calls to the alternate contractors immediately went to voicemail, but I immediately reached Raffi's assistant who was extremely courteous and efficient, asking for all the necessary information and very soon after, I received a call from Raffi. Despite the very short notice, Raffi was fortunately able to fit our move into his schedule. Raffi also provided me with several boxes, packing paper & tape in advance when he arrived for the initial walk-thru. And then when his team arrived in the day of the move, they were so quick packing up our entire 2-bedroom apartment and so careful as well with all our breakables and more precious items -- I've moved crisis country as well as to & from Asia, and never have I experienced such efficiency, proficiency, attention to being careful with breakable, precious items, so trustworthy and all with such amazing professionalism! And that includes the unpacking of all of our kitchen items, etc! Plus the crew was extremely friendly and easygoing, willing to go the extra mile, removing all manner of refuse from all the unpacking. I would highly recommend Raffi and his team for your next move and/or any of your remediation needs, they are the best of the best!

Raffi and his team are the best! We've reached out to them on a few unfortunate occasions (roof leak, mold issue in bathroom, etc.) and they've always been extremely responsive, kind, efficient and helpful. They assess the situation, communicate well and with transparency, take care of the problem quickly, and all with reasonable pricing. Water intrusion, damage and mold are never fun but you can have peace of mind knowing Raffi is trustworthy and cares to help, he honestly goes the extra mile every time to ensure full satisfaction! Our home was not completely destroyed in the Pacific Palisades fire but it required both interior and exterior remediation. We used Servpro of Hollywood Hills/Los Feliz (Raffi Kitsinian - excellent!). We cannot recommend them highly enough. They were professional, informative and detailed orientated. They explained the process, provided a detailed estimate and delivered on time and budget. In fact, they went above and beyond what was expected of them. During the entire process there was never any issue that they did not address. As noted, we highly recommend them, especially Raffi. They did a fantastic job.
