Had a mid day water leak emergency..... I called these guys first since they came recommended from a friend, my call was answered on the first ring by a gentlemen named Rafi..... he immediately put my mind at ease and assured me his crew would arrive within an hour, just like clock work his crew arrived and took care of my water leak and all other necessary clean up and work.

Super professional and courteous, I will be using these guys and recommending them to everyone I know.

Hard to find honest  and on time people to do work for you these days, these guys surpassed my expectations.

We had a flood at my house late September due to a burst pipe underground.  I contacted SERVPRO Hollywood Hills, and immediately Raffi came to my house and assessed the damage.  Within hours Raffi and his amazing staff began to salvage my personal property and started the clean up process.  Although dealing with the insurance was a major hassle, however SERVPRO made the experience as pleasant as it could be!
I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone who needs their services!

Wow! Raffi was unbelievable! He came out to asses my situation and when he realized there was really nothing he could do for my problem, (after actually taking the time to identify the issue and offer possible solutions), he left without charging me a cent. Thank you Raffi and the entire team at SERVPRO!  Our building caught on fire and as you can imagine, it was an incredibly stressful situation.  Raffi came in right away and provided so much personal care, professionalism and assistance throughout the entire process.  He addressed my health concerns and accommodated my requests without batting an eye.  Arlene and the rest of the team came in, carefully packed everything in my home, cleaned it on site, and returned it all exactly how they found it.  I was amazed and impressed!  It was a well oiled machine, thoughtfully coordinated and efficient.  Thank you to everyone who made this experience easier every step of the way!

I had the misfortune of having my residence catch on fire in late November, at which point the landlord assigned SERVPRO for all the clean up and restoration duties, First and foremost I want to thank Raffi for all the help as well as his team of professionals that made this one of the smoothest ordeals to go through, he went above and beyond by even providing the outmost support and flexibility by offering and providing temporary storage at no cost for the remaining belongings that weren’t fried to a crisp lol, so very thankful for making this awful situation a breeze to deal with. I am taking the time out of my schedule for the specific purpose of drawing attention to the exceptional service provided by one of your Franchises, SERVPRO of Hollywood Hills/Los Feliz. We are not strangers to reconstruction so were somewhat cynical having to face reconstruction after unexpected water damage to the entire first floor of our home. As unexpected as the damage was so was our experience with SERVPRO. From the first day to completion, the service was EXCEPTIONAL. The entire staff, crew, & service people were courteous and kind. They were understanding and patient, reliable & responsible. Every one of them went out of their way to make the situation as easy as possible for us under the circumstances. Everything was explained clearly and more importantly, carried out exactly as promised. We were extremely impressed with the way they all worked together, as a team, which I believe is a contributing factor why everything went so smoothly. We attribute this to Mr. Meroujan Kitsinian. The manner in which he directs his team and deals with situations is quite impressive. He seems to possess a special skill that allows him to extract the highest performance from his team. This is observable in his team’s response and the high quality of work they produce. We especially appreciated the immediate responses to our telephone calls and Mr. Kitsinian’s commitment to our project.
