Shawn Davis and his crew from SERVPRO were at my house and removed my water logged ceiling drywall and carefully removed my door trim. They did a fantastic job! Kudos to SERVPRO, Shawn and their expert people!!!

My family worked with SERVPRO of Waukesha to clean out my aunt’s home after she passed away. Everyone I spoke to was kind and considerate of our needs. The technicians were courteous and professional. They allowed me to be present at the house to sort through items of importance. When I was not able to be there, they set aside valuable items for us. You are all appreciated!

 

A crew of 4 young ladies came to clean an old farm house that we were about to move into. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned fo 20 years, no exaggeration!!! They dug in at got rid of all the grime, iron and hard water stains. The thoroughly cleaned the bugs out of all the window. They washed the walls, ceilings and the inside of all the cupboards. I was no longer grossed out. Well worth the $$$.

We hired SERVPRO to clean our home we just purchased because it was smoked in. They gave us a line by line quote detailing what they’d clean. We were excited for the thoroughness and decided to move forward with their service even though it was a little more expensive than we anticipated. I am sad to say they didn’t do a thorough job at all. After they left I found myself redoing most of their work. When I reached out to the project manager to let them know, they gave us a very small amount of money back on our invoice which didn’t cover nearly enough for the amount of work we had to redo. I wouldn’t waste time hiring them and just go with a regular cleaning service who won’t charge you an arm and a leg and will probably deliver much higher quality work.

I had hired several companies in the past to tend to my ongoing mold problem and nobody could help me. Finally after SERVPRO came to the rescue my mold issue was resolved. The process from scheduling to servicing was reassuring, professional and at the end, effective.

Justin and his team were extremely helpful. They were on time, professional, and very transparent through the process of the job. The quote was fair and they were all very personable and kind. If we ever needed work done again, I’d call them in a heartbeat.
