Operations Manager

Katie Wilkinson brings a lifetime of restoration experience to her role as Operations Manager at SERVPRO, having grown up immersed in the industry through her family business. Her hands-on knowledge, combined with five years of dedicated service with SERVPRO, has made her a vital part of our team.

Katie holds several IICRC certifications, including Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), and Odor Control Technician (OCT). Her expertise ensures that each project is handled with professionalism and care.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending quality time with her fiancé, their dog Izzy, and their cat Nala. She loves visiting Timber Hill Winery with her girlfriends and cherishes family time. Whether she's supporting local events or relaxing with loved ones, Katie’s commitment to community and family shines through in everything she does.

Job File Coordinator

Aaron serves as the Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO of Southwest Waukesha County, bringing extensive restoration experience to the role. Starting as a Fire and Water Restoration Technician, he advanced to Crew Chief and now oversees projects as the Job File Auditor. Aaron holds certifications from the IICRC, including Water Removal Technician and Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician.

In his free time, Aaron enjoys attending festivals, car shows, and concerts. A tech enthusiast, he loves fixing and upgrading electronics such as phones, computers, and car stereos. A long-time console gamer, Aaron has recently ventured into PC gaming, including exploring emulators.

Administrative Assistant

Summer Braatz has been an integral part of the SERVPRO team for the past 2.5 years. As Administrative Assistant, her primary focus is ensuring our customers are well taken care of and that their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Summer plays a key role in scheduling jobs, assisting the crew with their daily tasks, and keeping the office running smoothly. Her organizational skills and dedication to excellent service make her a cornerstone of our operations, helping to create a seamless experience for both customers and staff.

When she's not keeping things on track at SERVPRO, Summer enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Warehouse Manager

Gary is the backbone of our operations at SERVPRO of Southwest Waukesha County. As Warehouse Manager, he ensures our equipment is clean, organized, and ready for every job. His hard work keeps our shop running smoothly and efficiently. Gary also manages our SERVPRO fleet, ensuring all vehicles are maintained and ready to roll at a moment’s notice.

Digital Marketing Coordinator

Madison serves as the Digital Marketing Coordinator and the essential backbone of our marketing team. She plays a vital role in connecting SERVPRO with the heart of our community by focusing her talents on supporting local non-profit organizations. Through the design of creative social media content and the coordination of meaningful partnerships, she ensures that our neighbors have the resources they need to thrive.

In her free time, Madison stays active playing Roller Derby with Brewcity Bruisers or traveling across the state to attend various renaissance faires and conventions. As a dedicated maker, she utilizes her design skills to craft her own intricate costumes and characters.

Business Development Representative

Nadine Dentice is the newest member of the SERVPRO team, joining us as a Marketing Representative dedicated to sharing the impact of our work with both customers and agents. She acts as a vital link for our community, ensuring that everyone we serve understands the care and expertise we bring to every restoration project.

In Nadines free time, she focuses her energy on her family and enjoys spending quality time with her kids and her dog. She is also a passionate traveler and hiker who loves exploring the outdoors. Additionally, she uses her skills as a drone pilot to support non-profit groups and organizations, providing them with aerial perspectives to help further their missions. We are proud to have her on the team and look forward to the connections she will build.
