I had a sewer backup the day before Thanksgiving. The local plumber took care of the roto-rooting that same day. After he left I called SERVPRO that Wednesday before Thanksgiving and they said they will be at my home the first thing on Friday the day after Thanksgiving. They showed up on time did a great and professional cleanup of my basement in about 1 hour. And as they left they cleaned up behind themselves all the way to the front door. Excellent service! I would highly recommend them in the Waukesha County area.

Did an amazing job repairing the water damage on my hard wood floor. Dried things out and got things refinished beautifully. They also worked directly with my insurance, making things super easy!

 

I am posting this for an older friend that had her septic backed up into her basement. As you could have imagined, it wasn't an easy cleanup. From Elizabeth heading up the work or Summer coordinating from the office. SERVPRO's workers were professional and hard working employees.

The 1st team led by Ivan, with Jose and Angela, arrived to assess the extent of water damage, and got it right! From there, another team led by Nate, with CJ, Jose and Crisling, proceeded with mitigation and abatement, and followed up daily until everything was completely and perfectly addressed. A final follow-up visit by Nate and Dan, ensured all was well. It doesn't stop there, because SERVPRO offers the continuation of restoration to help 'rebuild'. I look forward to the next phase with their professional, very knowledgeable, and friendly services - coordinated very well and capably by Summer in the front office.

A 5 star rating under represents how amazing this company and it's workers, specifically Travis are.  Following a heavy rain, hundreds of basements in our town flooded.  Every water removal company was booked and no one was taking calls (if you've had a crisis like this, you know how scary and frustrating it is to feel like no one is around to help).

I called SERVPRO of SW Waukesha County and even though they had over 100 estimates requested that day alone, someone answered immediately and talked me through the entire process.  That was Travis.  Travis took time to talk me through what to do, what to expect, and even who to call.  He gave me a personal phone number and told me to call him with any questions.  We eventually went with a different mitigation company because SERVPRO had so many requests and when I called Travis to let him know we went elsewhere, he wasn't upset and didn't try to convince us to go with SERVPRO.  Instead, he talked me through what the mitigation person would do, what it should cost, and how long it would take.  Even though he wasn't getting paid, he generously acted as a consultant so my wife and I got our basement repaired for a fair price.

SERVPRO, and Travis specifically, are a rare company where they actually care about the people who come to them more than the bottom line.  I could not recommend them more.

RECONSTRUCTION:  The greatest value in hiring SERVPRO was to immediately have access to experienced, professional contractors at a time in our lives when it would have been very challenging to pull it together ourselves.
