I had a sewer backup the day before Thanksgiving. The local plumber took care of the roto-rooting that same day. After he left I called Servpro that Wednesday before Thanksgiving and they said they will be at my home the first thing on Friday the day after Thanksgiving. They showed up on time did a great and professional cleanup of my basement in about 1 hour. And as they left they cleaned up behind themselves all the way to the front door. Excellent service! I would highly recommend them in the Waukesha County area.
My family worked with Servpro of Waukesha to clean out my aunt’s home after she passed away. Everyone I spoke to was kind and considerate of our needs. The technicians were courteous and professional. They allowed me to be present at the house to sort through items of importance. When I was not able to be there, they set aside valuable items for us.
