The company (SERVPRO of Madison) that you had clean this unit did an exceptional job. Vicki and I spent about an 1 1/2 going over everything to make sure. We were very impressed.
In July of 2016 we experienced water damage and mold problems in our home in Lodi. We were out of town when the damage happened. Our insurance company referred us to SERVPRO of Madison to help us with the clean up and what a great recommendation. The team lead by Kevin Masanz was outstanding.
Kevin was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was conscientious in every aspect of his job. Each question was answered and concern cared for by Kevin's team. The people we worked with are polite, thorough, and very aware of our needs. Kevin was prompt in returning calls and following through on requests. Although we have not yet returned to Wisconsin to see the "finished Product" we have every confidence that the house will be in excellent condition.
