Our History
Since 1989, SERVPRO of Madison North and East has been helping the people of Madison and neighboring communities. More than 2000 customers have called upon us to restore their property.

Owners Sarah Pope and Jason Wilkinson both grew up and raised their families in Wisconsin. We are invested in the future of Madison and our customers’ needs. As we’ve grown, our mission has never changed. We serve the people, the businesses and organizations of the Madison area that help make our community great. We help organizations such as American Red Cross and are dedicated to partnering with the Better Business Bureau and Chamber of Commerce.

Huge thanks to SERVPRO of Madison, Crew Lead Rafael T., Production Crew Chief Tyler W., and Production Manager Jackie S! Within a couple of hours after calling our insurance agent, SERVPRO of Madison was on site mitigating the water that ran onto our wooden flooring and leaked into our finished lower level for over 1 1/2 hours. Their quick response and expertise saved us from greater damage. They are mission driven and their excellent communication and caring kept us "in the know." We had the greatest experience from start to finish. Joseph (intake) to Phil and Brian (Project Manager). They were all very thorough and sympathetic to our needs and always explained details in a professional manner and followed up with calls before and after our service to assure us that we were taken care of in a timely manner. Our basement flooded and they came to set up equipment and when done picked it up and sprayed to avoid mold from developing. They met our needs.

We had a water leak in our basement due to an issue with our humidifier. It soaked about a 20x4 foot area of carpet in our finished basement. We contacted SERVPRO, and Jackie was at our house within an hour! She was extremely professional and courteous, and had the tools and knowledge to take care of the issue on the spot! We are so grateful that due to her fast response, we did not have to pull up/replace our almost new carpet! We would highly recommend SERVPRO, and especially Jackie!!
