Ray Garcia
Ray Garcia- Senior Project Manager
Ray started his career with SERVPRO of Madison, WI, in 2001. Thanks to his strong work ethic, determination, and industry knowledge, he quickly moved through various roles. He now serves as a Project Manager, overseeing commercial projects, large losses, and key accounts. In addition to his project management responsibilities, Ray is now part owner of our SERVPRO of Southwest Waukesha, Jefferson County/Oconomowoc location. His leadership and experience continue to support the growth and success of our teams. Ray holds numerous certifications, including WRT-IICRC, ASD-IICRC, Certified Mold Remediator (PMII), Lead-Safe Renovator, OSHA Safety & Health, Air Washing & Air Scrubbing, Successful Subrogation I, Xactimate, and DryBook. His in-depth knowledge makes him a vital asset, not only in the field but also in training. Through in-house seminars, he’s helped strengthen our production team’s skills and confidence. Ray’s favorite part of working at SERVPRO is helping others during challenging times and seeing a job through to the end—truly “Like it never even happened.” Outside of work, Ray enjoys nature, spending time with his family, camping, fishing, biking, and photography.Jackie Scheiwe
Production Manager
Jackie started with SERVPRO in 2012 as a technician and today she is the Production Manager. Along with Jackie's years of experience, she is certified the following areas: WRT-IICRC, FSRT-IICRC, Lead-Safe Renovator, Successful Subrogation I for Restoration Contractors and DryBook.
Jackie's favorite part of working at SERVPRO of Madison is the appreciation and gratitude she receives from customers after she has completed the job.
In her free time, Jackie enjoys decorating, landscaping and shopping at antique malls.
Tammy Wilkinson
Tammy Wilkinson – Business Development
Tammy has been an integral part of the SERVPRO of Madison family for over 25 years—not only as our Business Development lead for more than a decade but also as the wife of owner Jason Wilkinson. She thrives on building relationships, marketing our services, and promoting our company, but she’s also never afraid to roll up her sleeves and join the production crew when needed.
Tammy takes great pride in the dedication and hard work of our team, knowing that their commitment sets SERVPRO of Madison apart. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing on the patio with her three dogs, listening to the calming sounds of their new pond (which now includes fish!), and unwinding with a good movie on Netflix. She also loves crocheting stuffed animals—so don’t be surprised if you ever receive a special homemade creation!
Bev Choutka
Bev Choutka – Office Manager
Bev joined SERVPRO of Madison in March 2014 as an Office Administrator and quickly advanced through the company, now serving as the Office Manager for both the Madison and Waukesha offices. With her diverse skill set and dedication, she plays a crucial role in keeping operations running smoothly. Bev is IICRC Water Certified and is instrumental in managing administrative processes, handling technical needs, and training team members on DryBook and Work Center systems.
Bev shares, “I enjoy working with a fantastic team that feels like family, and I thrive on the challenges and variety that come with my role. SERVPRO has established itself as a leader in the restoration industry, and I am proud to be part of a team committed to providing excellent service, fairness, and mutual respect.”
Her ability to wear many hats makes her an invaluable asset to SERVPRO of Madison and Waukesha, ensuring efficiency and excellence in every aspect of the business.
Seth Dougherty
Seth Dougherty - Sales and Marketing Manager
Seth Dougherty serves as the Sales and Marketing Manager at SERVPRO of Southwest Waukesha, Jefferson County, Oconomowoc County, and Madison. Since joining SERVPRO in June 2022, Seth has been instrumental in expanding brand visibility and increasing customer loyalty across multiple service areas.
Seth is passionate about making a difference for people in difficult times. He finds fulfillment in helping clients recover from catastrophic events, providing peace of mind and reliable support when it matters most. He also values SERVPRO's active role in the community, whether through partnerships with local nonprofits, hosting outreach events, or offering help during emergencies.
Originally trained in music performance, recording, and business at MATC's Downtown Milwaukee campus, Seth brings creativity, discipline, and a unique perspective to his work.
When he's not at SERVPRO, Seth enjoys spending time with his wife and 8-year-old daughter, riding his motorcycle, or playing the drums.
Lauren Boehnen
Lauren Boehnen – Social Media/Marketing Intern
Lauren joined the Marketing Department at SERVPRO of Madison in 2024 as a Social Media/Marketing Intern. She helps manage our social media accounts and plays a key role in growing our digital media presence. Lauren enjoys working with the SERVPRO team and takes pride in helping maintain and enhance our digital brand.She will be graduating from the McFarland School District in 2025 and is currently considering her options for continuing her education. While she hasn’t chosen a path just yet, she has some exciting opportunities ahead. Here at SERVPRO, we have no doubt that she’ll excel in whatever direction she decides to pursue. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dogs, and loves exploring new places! Allen Steele
Al Steele – Senior Project Manager
Al Steele joined our SERVPRO of Madison family in August 2017 as a Sr. Project Manager, bringing with him extensive experience in the restoration industry. With a strong skill set and numerous certifications, Al is WRT, Mold and Lead Safe, Trauma & Crime Scene IICRC certified, and also a certified forklift trainer.
When asked what he enjoys most about working at SERVPRO of Madison, Al shared, “I like the variety of work and the sense of accomplishment that comes with helping customers through difficult times.”
Outside of work, Al enjoys spending time with his family and grandchildren, as well as boating and camping. You can also find him on the golf course, casting a fishing line, or lining up a shot at the pool table.
Kolton Wallin
Kolton Wallin - Project Manager/Estimator
Kolton Wallin brings over a year of restoration experience to his role as a Project Manager/Estimator at SERVPRO of Madison. He is WRT IICRC Certified, Lead Safe Renovator Certified, and has completed ECTP training.
Kolton is a recent graduate of UW-Whitewater, earning a BBA in Business and Sports Management in 2023. He also brings five years of hands-on experience as a construction laborer, giving him a solid foundation in the building and restoration industry.
Outside of work, Kolton enjoys spending time with his family, whether it's fishing and boating at their cabin on the Mississippi River, hunting in the scenic bluff areas of Wisconsin, or cooking up new recipes in the kitchen. He's also an avid sports fan who enjoys golfing on sunny days and cheering on the Brewers, Packers, and Badgers.
Tanner Wild
Tanner Wild - Project Manager
Tanner Wild is a dedicated Project Manager at SERVPRO of Madison, bringing over 12 years of experience in project management across multiple industries, including restoration, construction, IT, and education. His expertise in coordinating complex projects ensures efficient, high-quality restoration services for clients in need. As a new member of SERVPRO, Tanner has completed ECTP training, equipping him with specialized knowledge in fire, water, and mold restoration. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence help uphold SERVPRO’s reputation for top-tier service. Outside of work, Tanner enjoys spending time with his family and staying active through various hobbies. His dedication to restoring homes and businesses efficiently and professionally makes him a valuable asset to the SERVPRO of Madison team.
Kevin Masanz
Kevin Masanz - Project Manager/Estimator (National Accounts)
Kevin joined SERVPRO in 2014, bringing his expertise to the team as a Project Manager and Estimator specializing in National Accounts. He holds both FSRT-IICRC and WRT-IICRC certifications. What Kevin enjoys most about working at SERVPRO is the variety each day brings—no two days are ever the same, and that keeps things exciting and rewarding. Outside of work, Kevin values time with his family, enjoys fishing, hunting, and bike rides, and often volunteers at local events. Whether he’s tackling small home projects or relaxing with his dog, Kevin is known for always having a smile on his face. His reliability is unmatched—he’s proudly earned multiple awards for having the least number of call-ins year after year.Nancy Moyer
Nancy Moyer – Assistant Project Manager
Nancy Moyer has been with SERVPRO of Madison for nine years, growing from no prior restoration or construction experience into a skilled Assistant Project Manager. She has completed training in Lead Paint Safety, Restoration Management, DocuSign, DocuSketch, Xactimate, T-Sheets, and QuickBooks, expanding her expertise in the field.
Nancy is passionate about giving back to her community. She has been a Big Sister in Lodi, participated in Adopt-a-Highway in Portage, and volunteered as a Girl Scout leader and youth softball coach. She has also led multiple JDRF fundraisers, supported the Empty Stocking Club in Madison, and organized fundraising for St. Peter’s Catholic School in East Troy.
Outside of work, Nancy loves camping with her daughter and two grandsons, riding her e-bike, and making crafts. Her dedication to learning, teamwork, and service makes her a valued part of the SERVPRO of Madison team.
Enya Nett
Enya Nett - National Accounts Representative / Job File Coordinator / Office Administration Enya Nett has been a key part of the SERVPRO of Madison team for over 2.5 years. In her multifaceted role, she supports our operations as a National Accounts Representative, Job File Coordinator, and Office Administrator. She is IICRC Water Damage Restoration (WTR) certified and Lead Certified, bringing knowledge and professionalism to every task she handles. Enya is known not only for her strong organizational skills and dedication but also for the creativity she brings to the office. For the past few years, she’s been the talented artist behind our holiday window art displays, adding a personal, festive touch to the workplace. Outside of SERVPRO, Enya enjoys a variety of creative hobbies, including crafting, writing, playing video games, and watching anime. She is married to her husband, Adam, and they share their home with two adorable cats.
Carlos Torres
Carlos Torres – Crew Lead
Carlos joined SERVPRO in 2016 and has become a valued member of our production team. As a Crew Lead and Lead-Certified professional, Carlos brings experience, dedication, and attention to detail to every job. When asked what he enjoys most about his work, Carlos shared, “I enjoy hearing that the customers are happy with the work that I did for them.”. Outside of work, Carlos enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and relaxing around a bonfire.Rafael Trejo
Rafael – Crew Lead
Rafael has been a valued member of the SERVPRO of Madison team since December 1999. Starting as a crew member, he worked his way up to his current role as Crew Lead, earning the respect of his teammates through dedication, hard work, and a strong team spirit. In December 2020, Rafael was honored by his peers as SERVPRO’s Most Valuable Person—a true testament to the impact he makes both on the job and within our team. When asked what he enjoys most about his work, Rafael replied, “I like all parts of my job, from the demo to picking up that final piece of equipment!” His positive attitude and willingness to step in wherever needed make him an essential part of our crew. Outside of work, Rafael enjoys watching soccer and working on home improvement projects. And while he may look serious in this photo, don’t be fooled—Rafi is one of our resident jokesters who always keeps the team laughing. Rafael, thank you for over two decades of outstanding service, humor, and heart. We’re proud to have you as part of the SERVPRO family!
Katie Wilkinson
Katie Wilkinson - Operations Manager
SERVPRO has always been a part of Katie’s life! As the daughter of owner Jason Wilkinson, she grew up around the business and officially joined the team in 2016. Starting as a technician, she worked her way up—leading crews, gaining experience in marketing, and now serving as Operations Manager.
When SERVPRO of Madison expanded to a new location, Katie was excited to help establish and grow it. Watching her take on her dad’s legacy has been inspiring, and she continues to make a lasting impact.
Katie loves helping people through difficult times, making it "Like it never even happened." Outside of work, she enjoys coffee, outdoor markets, time with family and friends, and hanging out with her dog, Izzy. Exciting things are ahead—soon, she’ll have a new last name as Katie Davis!
Trevor Wilkinson
Trevor Wilkinson – Technician (Seasonal)
Trevor has grown up with SERVPRO, following in the footsteps of his parents, Jason and Tammy Wilkinson. From a young age, he has been out in the field during emergency situations, always ready to lend a hand. While SERVPRO will always be in his blood, Trevor helps out whenever he has downtime from his studies.
He attended UW-Platteville and is soon heading to UW-Milwaukee to continue his education, pursuing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Passionate about physical fitness and the outdoors, Trevor enjoys new adventures and especially values his hunting time with his dad.
When he's with SERVPRO, you can count on Trevor to jump in wherever he's needed, always bringing a strong work ethic and a great attitude!
Mike Smith
Mike Smith - Supervisor
Mike Smith serves as a Supervisor at SERVPRO of Madison, bringing over three years of restoration experience to the team. He holds certifications in Water Restoration Technician (WRT) and Lead Paint Safety, equipping him with the skills needed to handle a variety of restoration projects with precision and care.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys staying active through exercise and spending quality time with his fiancé and their two daughters. His dedication to both his professional role and his family makes him a valued member of the SERVPRO team.
Phil Walker
Phil Walker - Crew Chief
Phil Walker has been with SERVPRO of Madison for one year and brings with him a strong work ethic and dedication to quality service. With one year of industry experience, Phil holds an IICRC Water Damage Restoration (WRT) certification and takes pride in helping our customers navigate the restoration process with confidence and care. As a Crew Chief, Phil plays a key role in leading job-site teams and ensuring each project is completed efficiently and to the highest standard. His calm demeanor, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence make him a valued member of our SERVPRO team. Outside of work, Phil enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, immersing himself in video games, and exploring the open road on his motorcycle alongside his wife.Tyler Weisensel

Tyler Weisensel is a Production Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Madison with two years of hands-on restoration experience. He is IICRC certified in Water Restoration (WRT) and brings a strong background in construction with over eight years in the industry. His practical expertise and leadership skills ensure every job is completed efficiently and with high-quality standards.
As an Eagle Scout, Tyler values hard work, discipline, and service. In his free time, he enjoys backpacking and fly fishing, embracing the outdoors whenever possible. Tyler's dedication and diverse skill set make him a vital member of the SERVPRO team.
Neal Verch
Neal Verch - Repair Technician
Neal has worked part-time with SERVPRO of Madison, focusing on minor repairs and touch-up projects. With a rich background in construction and years of hands-on experience, Neal brings dependable craftsmanship and a can-do attitude to every task. Now semi-retired, Neal enjoys staying active by taking on small projects and always offering a helping hand wherever it's needed.
Outside of work, Neal is passionate about the outdoors and gives back to the community through his involvement with the Youth Shooting Team in Edgerton. He also enjoys gardening, canning fresh produce, and spending quality time with his step-granddaughter - especially sharing his love of nature and the great outdoors with her. There's no slowing Neal down, and we're lucky to have his energy and expertise on our team.
Amanda Smith
Amanda Smith - Administrative Assistant
Amanda Smith joined SERVPRO of Madison with over 20 years of experience in customer service, administration, and office support. Though new to the team, with two months under her belt, Amanda brings a strong background in conflict resolution and a passion for helping others that shines through everything she does.
Amanda is a licensed foster parent for both the state and county, and a proud mom to three boys, ages 17,12, and 7. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys cooking, camping, reading, and swimming - always embracing opportunities to create lasting memories.
Brittany Carter
Brittany Carter - Office Assistant
Brittany Carter joined the SERVPRO of Madison team five months ago as an Office Assistant. With a background that includes work as an office assistant and call center advisor, she brings strong organizational and communication skills to her role. Brittany has completed all ETCP (Employee Certification Training Program) training, equipping her with the essential knowledge to support the SERVPRO mission.
Outside of work, Brittany is deeply involved in her community. She volunteers with the Black Men Coalition, serving as an adult's advocate and supporting youth baseball teams through the organization. In her free time, she enjoys fishing and canoeing and is a proud, loving mom of two boys.

We needed help mitigating some water damage in our basement. Called them late in the evening and they were out early the next morning. In about 3 hrs. Jackie and her crew had the entire cleanup, which included cutting out some drywall done. Their work was excellent, super friendly and easy to deal with. We will definitely call them first if we have any future issues with the house. As well as consider them for the finishing work to get the basement back to its former glory.
