After the wind storm blew a tree down into my living room my insurance recommended your services and I am so glad they did. Your team handled the situation with compassion and made my life easier by handling everything with great communication. I will be recommending you to my friends and family. Thank you for the excellent work, I can't wait to enjoy my new living room for the holidays.
Just a few quick words about SERVPRO of Vancouver:
Obviously nobody wants to have to a disaster in their home like we did, but thankfully, SERVPRO fixed everything in minimal time and the job they did was fantastic!
We called right after an upstairs flood. Andrew, a Technician, was on call and called us back immediately. Andrew came out right away, accompanied by Cody. Both were knowledgeable, professional, respectful (wore face masks during COVID pandemic) and thorough - putting us immediately at ease about all of our worries.
In the end, they were careful to only tear down the minimal amount of drywall necessary. Erica in the office handled the insurance and helped us through the process.
Hopefully it will be a long time before we have any further flooding or emergencies, but we would certainly use SERVPRO of Vancouver again if we had to. Highly recommend!!!
"Thank you so much for giving me advice today about how to get a stain out of my favorite upholstered chair. My grandson stamped the side of it with ink! I used boiling hot water repeatedly with blotting and then carpet and upholstery stain remover and it worked. I am thrilled. I've always been able to depend on SERVPRO! THANK YOU"

The cleaning agents you have used on my clients water/fire damages has been amazing. Hoping to use some of the same products.
