I have been dealing with SERVPRO of Hanover, Goochland & Caroline since October 2017. My house was found to have a very severe mold issue which SERVPRO of Hanover, Goochland & Caroline did an excellent job uncovering the mold, removing the affected parts of the house, obtaining an industrial hygienist to write a protocol for treating the mold, all the while keeping me updated. Casey in the office has been outstanding in tending to my needs and keeping me informed. Jesse has been there since the beginning. Janet, Brenda and Debbie came to pack my house and were professional and treated my belongings as if it were their own. Janet helped me so much with inventory of my kitchen. Things were going along smoothly until my hot water pipe burst in the attic on January 8, 2018. Now I had a much bigger problem. To say I was hysterical the day that happened is an understatement. Casey was supportive, listened to me crying, and another plan was formulated. SERVPRO of Hanover, Goochland & Caroline did an outstanding job dealing with this new problem, removing damaged areas of my house and getting the industrial hygienist back out with a new plan. My house passed inspection on Feb. 27th, thanks to SERVPRO'S professionals. They continue to assist me and will be with me until my house is back to normal.
