    A. Paige McDowell is one of the owners of SERVPRO of Hanover, Goochland & Caroline and serves as the Secretary/Treasurer. Paige started with SERVPRO of Hanover, Goochland & Caroline part-time when she was in high school, and after college she started full-time. Through her years here, Paige has experienced all facets of the business. She has been the marketing representative, project manager, she has worked in the field, and now she does the daily roles of the General Manager. With the number of years of experience Paige has, she also holds numerous certifications; Carpet Cleaning, Applied Microbial Remediation, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Odor Control, Water Damage Restoration, Health & Safety, Applied Structural Drying, Journeyman Water Restorer, Master Water Restorer, and Carpet Repair & Reinstallation. She is the go to girl when you have a question. With all those certifications, she can trouble shoot anything.

    Xavier Madridgal has been a part of the SERVPRO of Hanover, Goochland and Caroline, INC. team since he was 16 years old. Xavier is a part time employee that helps when he is not attending his college classes.


    Xavier enjoys working with both the Fire and Water damage divisions of the company. His attention to detail is a strong asset. His calm and quiet demeanor are helpful in stressful situations as well.

    As a side note, Xavier has "worked" at SERVPRO of Hanover, Goochland and Caroline, INC. since he was 5 years old. His mom Margie "put" him to work when she started working here in 2007.

They came with a seal of approval from USAA which is basically gold to me. I personally worked with Paige McDowell & her team. They came into what was left of my home & carefully began to comb through the rubble to find personal items they could clean & restore. I couldn't even stand to be in the home.
