I can't say enough about this company, their staff & the entire experience. I decided to work with them after our devastating house fire. They came with a seal of approval from USAA which is basically gold to me. I personally worked with Paige McDowell & her team. They came into what was left of my home & carefully began to comb through the rubble to find personal items they could clean & restore. I couldn't even stand to be in the home. I had some water damage in my utility room, a leak under the floor that had been going on for a while, and I was not even aware. I though we were going to have to replace some framing, but Servpro of Hanover came in, evaluated the situation and expertly set their equipment up and were able to dry all of the wet framing in a very reasonable amount of time.
