Josh and Andy were able to come out almost immediately to start clean-up and water damage mitigation. They placed fans both upstairs in the bathroom and downstairs in the affected room. Josh explained to me the whole process thoroughly so I understood what to expect. He then came by everyday for 5 days to check the moisture levels and adjust the fans as needed.
