unfortunately, there were two leaks in the waterlines at my house , and as a result my garage, living room and one bathroom were flooded. SERVPRO did an excellent job in cleaning up and especially drying my carpet which was extremely soaked. They also measured the water damage inside the walls, removed the floor boards and put up 13 fans and blowers to dry everything. I was extremely satisfied with their service.

Carlos Martinez was sent to my home to dry the carpets and remove any water damage. I wasn’t going to take the service but after he showed me that the walls were wet, I decided to go with SERVPRO. Carlos is very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with my decision and I’m so glad I did. I don’t have to worry about unseen mold. Thank you Carlos for the great work and education.

We had a leak in our house so I called this company based on the good reviews and 10 plus years of experience and am glad I did. I was very impressed with the professionalism and courteous service Joe and Eddie provided. Everything was explained thoroughly and I was made clearly aware of all the steps for the water remediation. It's very hard to get good service and very few companies are ever on time. I definitely recommend this company and am so glad that I called them.

I called SERVPRO and gave them my claim number. I was given an estimate of 3-4 hours for a team to arrive, due to the heavy volume of calls. Sebastian arrived in about 1 ½ hours. He explained the process and immediately started the water extraction. Others arrived mid-afternoon. All worked incredibly hard to finish the water extraction, removing baseboards, making holes for drainage/airflow, cutting out walls, removing insulation, checking the moisture levels, setting up their equipment. Our questions were answered in detail and in a very professional manner. The employees were careful and thoughtful to minimize damage to our belongings, the walls, doors, windows, cabinets, etc.. The last day was checking moisture levels, ensuring any walls, trim, nails, etc. needing to be removed were; swept and vacuumed the base plates and floors, mopped the floors and removed the last of the debris and their equipment. Our7 day SERVPRO experience was great (excluding the necessary noise). Our team was extremely professional, knowledgeable, detail oriented, careful, and personable. Sebastian was EXCEPTIONAL! Our team’s personnel are extraordinary assets to SERVPRO. It’s hard to find employees with a strong work ethic who take pride in their work, have a great attitude towards the job and the customer, are reliable, and considerate of the customer and their property. Great customer service. Highly recommend
