Our insurance contacted ServPro after I called them to report leaks in my ceiling after all the rain we had here in Las Cruces. Carlos Jimenez and Julio Ortega came out to check the water damage and to put a dehumidifier and some fans to start drying up the moisture. They came back the next day with Danny R. & Alyssa A. To start demolition. They all were polite, hardworking & knowledgeable. Carlos kept in touch with us daily to check on the progress. I highly recommend this group and hope whomever they send to do the repairs is as good of a team as these guys were.

He did an outstanding job. I really appreciate all his hard work and he really made me feel comfortable. I didn’t have to worry about safety or theft or any of that but I really appreciate his service. Lance Tomasich

The Servpro cleaning team provided excellent service to our home and were very attentive and detailed orientated. Thanks to Monica, Alyssa, Victor, Eddie, Danny, Christina and Bobby for your help and assistance throughout this process.

Isaac Heyward and his team Carlos Jimenez and Julio Ortega showed up and got to work asap. They are professional and knowledgeable. Through out the process they guided and informed us of all the steps and things to expect as we dealt with a water leak that destroyed multiple rooms in our home. They are ready with all the tools and technology needed to get the job done and will make you feel comfortable that what is being done is being done correctly.

Absolutely amazing team. Professional and diligent in their task. Came in and took care of everything to ensure my family is safe and headed in a good direction after water intrusion.

I had a great experience with SERVPRO, especially with Carlos Jimenez, the Crew Chief. Carlos provided excellent service, communication, and professionalism throughout the entire process. We had a pipe leak that flooded our bedrooms, bathrooms, closets, and living room. Carlos and his team—Eddie C., Mónica M., Cristina A., Armando N., and Julio O.—responded immediately, took control of the situation, and carefully assessed all the damage. It has now been a week, and they continue to work diligently to prevent mold and minimize further damage. Their dedication, responsiveness, and attention to detail have given us peace of mind during a very stressful situation. A huge thank you to Carlos and the entire team for their outstanding work and support. Highly recommended!

I would like to thank Carlos Jiménez and Danny Ramírez for their outstanding work and professionalism!!
