We recently had a water leak behind the wall in our kitchen. Our insurance company recommended SERVPRO. They were very polite and professional. They came out, opened up the walls, tented the area and installed blowers to dry it out. They were very neat and well organized in the work. They came back every day to check the progress and always arrived when they said they would. I didn't feel trapped in my home waiting on them once. Abel and Shaq were the two technicians who did the work and they were very nice! Explained everything clearly and cleaned up when they left. I would highly recommend them.
I wanted to wait until all my repairs were finished to write a review because I felt sure something would go wrong. I could not be more pleased from water remediation to final repairs. I don't know what Ashley's position is but she was checking on things everyday as we went along. I know they probably have different teams of painters but the ones I had were outstanding. They were on time, did a GREAT job and were friendly and respectful (I hope Ashley passes this review on to them). The last thing done was the carpet cleaning and 5 minutes after the carpet cleaner pulled out Ashley pulled in to check on the job. Hope I never have to use them again but I would not hesitate.
We had an attic water heater leak yesterday, and your team came out very quickly, evaluated our situation and set up the fans and dehumidifier. We are so appreciative.
Tatyana, on the second day check-up, found that the insulation in the walls and in the attic were still very wet. She removed the insulation. Since I have a very severe allergy to mold, I am so glad this was done. I cannot imagine what would have happened if the wet insulation stayed in the walls.
Tatyana was very thorough and checked additional places in the 2 closets that were mainly affected in the house and found more wet walls. Baseboards were removed and holes in ceilings and walls were cut. She was very careful in her demolition to not get dust anywhere. Seeing how the biggest demolition came in the office where my computer is, I am grateful she took precautions.
Since this was an Emergency on February 14,2017, the workers came promptly provided me an estimate and did the work in a timely manner.
