We've had a few opportunities to use the services of SERVPRO of North Central Austin. I work in a church office. The first time we used them, we had an upstairs bathroom overflow, causing flooding in first floor classrooms, even had some ceilings collapse. I was very overwhelmed at first, until SERVPRO showed up and took over. We had everything dried and classrooms reconstructed within 2 weeks. They worked directly with our insurance company which was also helpful.
We have also had them out for minor flooding issues.
Our most recent experience was to have them clean carpets - we had some very stubborn stains, including mold from a leaky flower pot - they got all the stains up.

My home flooded on Memorial Day. SERVPRO of North Central answered the phone when I called, which was amazing; Kyle called me back a few hours later. He came to look at my damage the next day, helped me figure out what to do, and made a recovery plan for me. Kyle could not have been more kind, leaving me phone numbers so that I could ask questions and get information during this incredibly stressful time. The next day Morgan and Sean came out to examine my flood damage and began the drying process. Again, these were the nicest, kindest men you could imagine.
The work that they have done, and continue to do, is outstanding. They have done the maximum amount needed, with the minimum amount of disruption to my family's daily life. As I have progressed through each step of the cleaning process, Sean and Morgan have explained what they are doing and why. As the time came to sort through the water-damaged items in my garage, they went item-by-item with me letting me know all of the things that could be salvaged, so that I didn't have to lose everything.

This company is fantastic. My house flooded while I was out of state. They called me every day to give me an update. They packed up my house with extreme care, taking pictures of everything so that I could get what I needed from their warehouse on demand. They were very professional and supportive.
