I reached out to SERVPRO the same day a storm removed several sections of shingles from my roof, which of course led to flooding in the attic. Water then ran down light fixtures and a/c ducts resulting in a flood in the Master Bedroom. SERVPRO was out the next morning tarping the roof and setting up dryers/dehydrators to get rid of the moisture. They then came back every day to check on the progress of drying out the house. In three days, they were done. No more water, no mold, no dampness. Nothing except a dry house! They were extremely professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them without hesitation. A great crew!

They worked delicately to remove cabinets but were so kind about saving the cabinet doors for me to re-use. Super grateful for their help and patience with this first time home owner! Very thankful to the team at SERVPRO of East Plano! I had a horrible scare yesterday when I pulled up my son's playmate to find nasty brown and black mold and what appeared to be water coming up from the floor! Briana in the office was super helpful and got me scheduled for the next day! The tech Paul and his assistant were very professional and offered me some wonderful advice on next steps to take to determine the source of the moisture in my flooring and provided me with a comprehensive plan to both find the source and remediate any resultant damage.
