Briana provided excellent customer service! Very clear and thorough in her communication. Michael was on time and explained the process to me when walking the estimate. The crew, Carlos and Jean did a superb job on the restoration and cleaned up nicely.
I reached out to SERVPRO the same day a storm removed several sections of shingles from my roof, which of course led to flooding in the attic. Water then ran down light fixtures and a/c ducts resulting in a flood in the Master Bedroom. SERVPRO was out the next morning tarping the roof and setting up dryers/dehydrators to get rid of the moisture. They then came back every day to check on the progress of drying out the house. In three days, they were done. No more water, no mold, no dampness. Nothing except a dry house! They were extremely professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them without hesitation. A great crew!
Last month, I had a small water loss and needed SERVPRO to come inspect our wood flooring. The man that showed up, Paul was incredibly knowledgeable and did a wonderful job explaining the restoration process. I would highly recommend SERVPRO!
