Very thankful to the team at SERVPRO of East Plano! I had a horrible scare yesterday when I pulled up my son's playmate to find nasty brown and black mold and what appeared to be water coming up from the floor! I reached out to SERVPRO the same day a storm removed several sections of shingles from my roof, which of course led to flooding in the attic. Water then ran down light fixtures and a/c ducts resulting in a flood in the Master Bedroom. SERVPRO was out the next morning tarping the roof and setting up dryers/dehydrators to get rid of the moisture. They then came back every day to check on the progress of drying out the house. In three days, they were done. No more water, no mold, no dampness. Nothing except a dry house! They were extremely professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them without hesitation. A great crew!
