I reached out to SERVPRO the same day a storm removed several sections of shingles from my roof, which of course led to flooding in the attic. Water then ran down light fixtures and a/c ducts resulting in a flood in the Master Bedroom. SERVPRO was out the next morning tarping the roof and setting up dryers/dehydrators to get rid of the moisture. They then came back every day to check on the progress of drying out the house. In three days, they were done. No more water, no mold, no dampness. Nothing except a dry house! They were extremely professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them without hesitation. A great crew!
Last month, I had a small water loss and needed SERVPRO to come inspect our wood flooring. The man that showed up, Paul was incredibly knowledgeable and did a wonderful job explaining the restoration process. I would highly recommend SERVPRO!
What a great experience! I thought we had a minor water leak and called SERVPRO to have them come out to inspect the issue. Trey and Andrew arrived early and ready to jump in on the job! Briana (in the office), Michael and his crew (Raul, Nick and Eddie) were all so professional and did a fast and thorough job remediating the mold in my kitchen. This is the third time we have used SERVPRO, twice in Minnesota and most recently in Dallas. When you have a home disaster they are the best at helping you mitigate the problem. Very fast service with trustworthy, knowledgeable technicians. They diagnose your issue, then will give you advice on the best steps for repair. You can choose to have them repair the damage or you can do it yourself. 100% worth having them out when something unexpected happens!
Very thankful to the team at SERVPRO of East Plano! I had a horrible scare yesterday when I pulled up my son's playmate to find nasty brown and black mold and what appeared to be water coming up from the floor! Briana in the office was super helpful and got me scheduled for the next day! The tech Paul and his assistant were very professional and offered me some wonderful advice on next steps to take to determine the source of the moisture in my flooring and provided me with a comprehensive plan to both find the source and remediate any resultant damage. I am terribly concerned about mold in the home and so appreciative off their wonderful service. I highly recommend them should you have any mold issues!
