Very thankful to the team at SERVPRO of East Plano! I had a horrible scare yesterday when I pulled up my son's playmate to find nasty brown and black mold and what appeared to be water coming up from the floor! Briana in the office was super helpful and got me scheduled for the next day! The tech Paul and his assistant were very professional and offered me some wonderful advice on next steps to take to determine the source of the moisture in my flooring and provided me with a comprehensive plan to both find the source and remediate any resultant damage. I am terribly concerned about mold in the home and so appreciative off their wonderful service. I highly recommend them should you have any mold issues!
