SERVEPRO showed extreme professionalism especially Mel the lead technician. She always explained everything that was happening and going to happen. The entire crew did an excellent job. I had a comfort level of trust with Mel and knew she was doing everything she could to satisfy me and do an awesome job. The level of care that she took with my personal belongings was very much appreciated. If she wasn't present, she informed me and each lead technician on site was very professional in everything they did.

We had a water heater in our attic fail while we were out of state. We called ServePro and they responded immediately. Steven, Fernando, Sergio and Marissa were fantastic. Stephen and Connor were simply first class. In what was very possibly the most harrowing experience of the life that my wife and I have built together Stephen and Connor offered patience, constant support, extreme work dedication and almost most impactful kindness. They were a positive light and really helped us keep it together. Had we not had such a positive experience it would have been very easy for us to break down as we faced near total destruction of our home. The entire team’s response rate and willingness to help us attempt to stitch our lives back together has been top rate. Stephen and Connor worked until after midnight to ensure that dangerous water damage and micro bacteria was mitigated so that we felt we could sleep safely after a harrowing tornado in the Houston area. They were back at it the next day working late on the Friday of a holiday weekend to ensure that they were setting us up for success with our insurance company. Simply out they were outstanding, rather than offering a bulleted list I’ll simply leave you with this. In the darkest time they were a reassuring and stabilizing force that picked us up and helped to re-establish my family.
