Very satisfied!
Very Helpful!
I had my area rugs and couches cleaned and was blown away by the service. Brandon was very courteous and tackled the job. Thank you SERVPRO of Wilson County for helping with my Spring Cleaning!
SERVPRO responded quickly and their people were professional. Thank you for coming so fast and taking care of my water damage. It was a bad situation made easy because of your people.
SERVPRO responded to my fire damage when my home was a disaster. They cleaned my home and all of my belongings with care. The service and people were absolutely fantastic to work with!
The crew you sent us was absolutely amazing. We are first time home owners, and our leak was ridiculous. Your team came in and put me at ease. Thank you so much!
Recently I ran out of gas while driving on 109. Needing assistance, I walked to a few businesses. However, no person offered to help. Fortunately, I found Douglas at SERVPRO. Not only did he find a container full of gas, but he gave it to me at no charge even though I offered to pay him several times for it and his time. Since I am still in recovery from a serious fall several months ago, I really appreciated him driving me back to my truck. His generosity kept me from putting more stress on my injured foot. Being the kind, caring and generous person Douglas displayed to me, a complete stranger in need, verified my opinion of him as a person I would want to give my business to if I ever needed assistance from SERVPRO.
SERVPRO is easy to work with and extremely professional. I would happily recommend them to my clients, friends, and family.
The SERVPRO Team of Wilson County Tn came highly recommended to me in an extreme time of need. I felt at ease from the time I first placed the call. My business property was flooding as I stood in ankle deep water with Briana on the line talking me thur the easy steps. The mitigation team was on site within an hour. Things were moving fast. I can’t explain how grateful I am to Anthony and the crew he leads. What an amazing job at clearing and drying an absolute disaster area. After one week my property was completely dry and transitioned over for the next phase of reconstruction. It was a seamless process from the first hour until the crew left. It was bittersweet to bid farewell. My sights are now set on reopening my business. Thanks are due to the entire team from Wilson County SERVPRO!
