John A. Greenway
President John Greenway was raised in Northwest Knoxville after his parents relocated to find work at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. He attended Central High School. John is quite the athlete and earned a Baseball scholarship to Roane State Community College in Harriman, TN. As co-captain, he was instrumental in leading his team to victory in the state championship. He then gained a Baseball scholarship to Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN where he also achieved Academic All American honors. He had the great fortune of meeting his future wife Kristina who was on volleyball scholarship from Ft. Lauderdale, FL. John transferred to the University of Tennessee to Complete his B.S. in Education. John is the proud father of two sons. He was employed for 18 years with Wyeth Pharmaceuticals as a sales rep and advanced to become a District Manager. John has earned WRT water restoration technician, ASD applied structural drying and CDS certifications. With John’s training and experience, he holds an essential position in the SERVPRO®; Commercial Large Loss Division.

Kristina L. Greenway
Vice President Kristina Greenway is a Ft. Lauderdale, FL native and attended Broward Junior College and then Austin Peay State University on a volleyball scholarship. Kristina met her husband and eventual business partner, John, who was on a baseball scholarship. After matriculating from college, Kristina relocated to Knoxville, married, and then raised her two sons in the West Hills area. She spent many years doing volunteering and entrepreneurial endeavors, such as opening a new greeting card line called Old Grouch™. She, not yet finished with her education also attended Lincoln Memorial University where she earned dual master’s degrees. Kristina is passionate about learning and helping others. She is a visionary, and this gift has been especially valuable to her work at SERVPRO of Loudon & Roane Counties. Kristina has been committed to helping others in the field of crime scene and biohazard cleanup. She has achieved one of the highest certifications in bloodborne pathogen and biohazard cleanup through American BioRecovery Association (ABRA) by completing her Certified BioRecovery Masters (CBRM). She holds the office of Vice President of ABRA and is proactive in educating other companies of this nonprofit Educational Association. Emphasis is placed upon interfacing with empathy in the aftermath of crimes and accidents, not just the technical aspects. Kristina also holds active Certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in water restoration (WRT), fire & smoke remediation (FSRT), and advanced microbial remediation (AMART). Kristina has always been passionate about helping people; in fact, her life's mission can be best defined with one statement: “Helping others in their time of need is one of life’s greatest privileges”™.

Sean Greenway
Sean Greenway is the Sales and Marketing Director for SERVPRO of Loudon & Roane Counties, where he helps connect local homeowners, businesses, and community partners with trusted restoration support. With SERVPRO of Loudon & Roane Counties since 2013, Sean brings experience that began in the field and grew into sales leadership.
Originally from Knoxville, Sean played baseball through high school and at the collegiate level before returning to the University of Tennessee. His restoration career started with summer work at SERVPRO, which led him to pursue the industry full time. He spent three years in operations as a technician and crew chief, gaining firsthand knowledge of mitigation work and the challenges customers face after water, fire, mold, or storm damage.
Sean later moved into sales and marketing as an account manager, where he built strong customer relationships and became a lead trainer for new sales team members. He is Sandler Sales Certified, has completed leadership and management training, and holds IICRC certifications in FSRT, WRT, and ASD.
His experience also includes supporting storm response across more than 20 catastrophic storm sites, helping teams manage high call volume and urgent restoration needs. Outside of work, Sean enjoys golf and spending time with his growing family.

Lisa Breuer
Lisa Breuer serves as Finance Manager for SERVPRO of Loudon & Roane Counties, bringing 40 years of accounting experience and a long-standing commitment to small business financial management. With Team Greenway since 2014, Lisa has grown alongside the organization and became Finance Manager in early 2023.
Lisa’s accounting career began with the Campbell County School Board, where she handled month-end journal entries at just 17 years old. Since then, she has built a career rooted in practical financial leadership, internal controls, reporting accuracy, and steady support for growing businesses. Today, she manages and mentors two Accounting Clerks while working closely with the owners, department managers, outside accountants, financial advisors, and other entities within the Team Greenway portfolio.
Her contributions include improving financial systems and processes, implementing new software, developing financial policies, maintaining internal controls, meeting closing and reporting deadlines, supporting tax compliance, and helping the company successfully complete numerous audits. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and has earned additional certificates, honors, and recognitions throughout her education and career.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys mission trips, reading, studying her Bible, teaching AWANA kids, spending time with her grandchildren, and walking through Conquer Challenge trails.

Alex Oakes
Alex Oakes serves as Manager of Support Services/Senior Estimator for SERVPRO of Loudon & Roane Counties, bringing experience from nearly every step of the restoration process. With SERVPRO of Loudon & Roane Counties since 2014, Alex has grown through several roles, including Technician, Crew Chief, Admin/Mitigation Estimator, Construction Project Manager/Estimator, Senior Mitigation Estimator, and now Manager of Support Services.
That hands-on background gives Alex a well-rounded understanding of what customers, crews, and project teams need during water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, mold remediation, and reconstruction-related work. His experience in both field operations and estimating helps him approach each job with practical insight, clear communication, and careful attention to scope and documentation.
Alex holds IICRC certifications in WRT, ASD, FSRT, and OCT. He is also Xactimate certified and Time & Materials Estimating certified, giving him the technical knowledge needed to support accurate estimates and help projects move forward efficiently.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife, who is a nurse, and their son and daughter. Much of their family time is spent at the ballfield, traveling, camping, and making memories with friends and family.

Alan Lewis
Alan Lewis is the General Manager for SERVPRO of Loudon & Roane Counties, where he helps coordinate the people, schedules, and daily operations that keep restoration work moving smoothly. With SERVPRO of Loudon & Roane Counties since 2024, Alan supports the team behind the scenes so customers receive clear communication, timely response, and dependable service during stressful property damage situations.
In his role, Alan helps guide restoration operations for local homeowners and businesses dealing with water damage, fire damage, mold concerns, and other cleanup needs. His work includes helping teams stay organized, prepared, and focused on the details that matter most to customers. From emergency mitigation to follow-up coordination, Alan’s leadership helps create a more consistent experience for customers throughout Loudon and Roane Counties.
Restoration can feel overwhelming when damage disrupts a home or business, and Alan understands the value of steady communication and practical problem-solving. His role helps connect office coordination, field response, and customer service so projects can move forward with care and professionalism.
Through his work as General Manager, Alan helps strengthen the local SERVPRO®; team and supports its ability to respond when the community needs reliable restoration help.

Shanna Wilhite
Shanna Wilhite is the Marketing Coordinator for SERVPRO of Loudon & Roane Counties, where she helps connect the team with local homeowners, businesses, and community partners. With the company since 2024, Shanna brings a creative and relationship-focused approach to marketing, backed by more than 20 years of experience in design, event planning, business ownership, and brand development.
Her background includes seven years managing events for the Tennessee Valley Fair, where her work received multiple national awards from the International Association of Fairs and Expositions for excellence in marketing and communications. Shanna also owns Beautiful Chaos, a custom design and print company that helps businesses promote their brands through apparel, print materials, promotional products, and creative marketing solutions. Before that, she operated a custom cake design business, building a reputation for detail, creativity, and thoughtful customer service.
At SERVPRO, Shanna supports outreach efforts that help customers better understand the team behind water damage restoration, fire cleanup, mold remediation, and other restoration services. Her work helps build trust before emergencies happen, which is especially important in close-knit communities throughout Loudon and Roane Counties.
Outside of work, Shanna enjoys gardening, landscape design, creative projects, and time with her husband, John, and their three sons.

Steven Kuhn
Steven Kuhn serves as Human Resources Manager for SERVPRO of Loudon & Roane Counties, bringing more than 20 years of HR leadership experience across law firms, large health systems, nonprofits, technology companies, and zoological organizations. With SERVPRO®; since 2024, Steven helps support the people and systems behind the team’s restoration services throughout Loudon and Roane Counties.
Steven’s background includes building performance evaluation systems, implementing pay-for-performance structures, developing benefits programs, and improving workplace communication. He also brings practical knowledge of OSHA 10, construction safety, HRIS platforms, payroll systems, and timekeeping software. His experience allows him to strengthen internal processes while keeping employees connected, informed, and prepared to serve customers well.
One of Steven’s key contributions has been helping implement BambooHR for SOP tracking, document management, electronic HR records, performance tracking, and organizational growth. He also brings a data-minded approach to HR, adding business intelligence tools that help the company make more informed people-focused decisions.
Steven holds a master’s degree in Organizational Management and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Outside of work, he enjoys being outdoors, especially kayaking, fishing, and what he jokingly calls “chainsaw therapy.”
