About Us

Compassionate Restoration Backed by Expertise

At SERVPRO, making a positive difference is more than a slogan—it’s how we operate every single day here in Oak Ridge and throughout Loudon and Roane Counties. When disaster hits your home or business, you deserve more than just cleanup. You need people who genuinely care and know what they’re doing. That’s exactly what you’ll get with our team.

Leaders Who Set the Standard
Owners John and Kristina Greenway built SERVPRO with one goal in mind: helping people in their toughest moments with compassion and unmatched expertise. John, a recognized leader in SERVPRO’s large loss division, leads the only Large Loss Response Team (LLRT) in the area—meaning when major commercial disasters strike, we’re the ones local businesses trust to get back on their feet.

Kristina, a national expert in crime scene and biohazard restoration, serves as Vice President of the American BioRecovery Association and holds the prestigious Certified BioRecovery Master's (CBRM) credential. When sensitive, trauma-related cleanup is needed, her guidance ensures it’s handled professionally, discreetly, and with the utmost care.

A Team That Feels Like Family
From the first call to final walk-through, every SERVPRO team member—managers, estimators, technicians, and insurance coordinators—treats your property like it’s their own. We understand that Oak Ridge residents can feel overwhelmed after experiencing fire, water, mold, or storm damage. Our entire crew steps in with empathy, respect, and a whole lot of experience.

When disaster strikes in Oak Ridge, SERVPRO is the name neighbors trust to clean, restore, and truly care. See how we make things feel “Like it never even happened.”
