We recently suffered serious fire, smoke and water damage to a house we own in Middletown RI. We were fortunate enough to have selected Servpro of Newport and Bristol Counties for clean-up and mitigation of the substantial smoke and water damage. Trai Collins and his team did a great job when a pipe leak damaged my basement. It took a few days and they left the place immaculate each day and were very careful to look for mold and other damage before finishing up. I highly recommend Trai.

Chris of Newport Servpro came to help us out with a flood in the basement, as per Chubb’s suggestion. He was prompt, courteous and very helpful towards all aspects of the cleanup, including next steps for mold prevention. Have to give Chubb credit too as Servpro is the best company to call in the event of home damage (water) emergencies. When your house gets destroyed by a broken hot water pipe that ran for at least 2 days,a company like Servpro of Newport is a blessing. I was first contacted by Trai Collins a manager, his crew supported by Elias and Oscar handled moving our possessions into a POD then took care of our mold issues. We are far from ready to move in but at least we are ready to start the rebuilding process. Great work Servpro…..
