We were doing some upgrades to our upstairs bathroom when an unforeseen leak from the bathtub came down through the kitchen ceiling. I called SERVPRO in West Chester and they scheduled an appointment to remediate the water damage in the kitchen. The two technicians, Tristian & Mike, came out and installed the dehumidifier and air fans to insure there would not be hidden moisture in the ceiling that might turn to mold. They were courteous and professional. The next day Dan came to our house to verify that the equipment was performing properly. It was. A couple days later Mike returned to verify the drying process and remove the equipment. I recommend this SERVPRO team to anyone in the West Chester area!

Tristian and Dan and Pedro all did a great job on cleaning the water heater closet and the water damage in the drop ceiling. Very polite cool guys. They knew what they were doing and they did a great job in every way what was asked of them. They do a great job in every way!
We had a plumbing leak in a crawlspace under an addition, which had left standing water and an awful smell which made its way throughout the house. After searching Google, I decided to contact SERVPRO and contacted them on a Saturday to make an appointment. An employee named Will came out Monday to assess the damage and a crew, consisting of Dan and Ramos, came on Thursday and did a fantastic job with cleanup and getting rid of the smell. By Monday everything was dry and they removed their equipment. I would definitely recommend using them. Everyone was prompt and professional.
SERVPRO's clean up was immaculate to perfection and when they came onsite, they were very knowledgeable. Special thanks to Maria and Jason for a job well done.
