We were doing some upgrades to our upstairs bathroom when an unforeseen leak from the bathtub came down through the kitchen ceiling. I called SERVPRO in West Chester and they scheduled an appointment to remediate the water damage in the kitchen. The two technicians, Tristian & Mike, came out and installed the dehumidifier and air fans to insure there would not be hidden moisture in the ceiling that might turn to mold. They were courteous and professional. The next day Dan came to our house to verify that the equipment was performing properly. It was. A couple days later Mike returned to verify the drying process and remove the equipment. I recommend this SERVPRO team to anyone in the West Chester area!

We had a plumbing leak in a crawlspace under an addition, which had left standing water and an awful smell which made its way throughout the house. After searching Google, I decided to contact SERVPRO and contacted them on a Saturday to make an appointment. An employee named Will came out Monday to assess the damage and a crew, consisting of Dan and Ramos, came on Thursday and did a fantastic job with cleanup and getting rid of the smell. By Monday everything was dry and they removed their equipment. I would definitely recommend using them. Everyone was prompt and professional.

Monica B. from one of our many low income housing developments called me in a panic. One of the pipes broke on the third floor of their building. Water was gushing down all three floors. She immediately turned off the water from the main valve and then called plumber to come in and repair the pipe. Our crew got there immediately and started the major clean up. We had equipment on each floor to extract water from the carpeting and set up our air movers and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process. Monica was so relieved that our crew got there immediately and the "getting back to normal" process began. She called to tell me how very much she appreciates what we do for her and her tenants. A lot of the tenants were sick and elderly and things like this do alarm them. This is their home and they always want to feel safe. We kept them calm during this process. They were back in their apartments in a timely manner and all was well thanks to SERVPRO

Mr. S. was so appreciative that we got out to his facility at a time when we were so swamped with frozen pipe emergencies day and night.
