I want to highly recommend ServPro of Pottsville for fast, efficient, timely, and professional services. When my basement flooded I called ServPro and they had a crew respond right away. They arrived and quickly extracted all of the water from my basement, removed all of the damaged materials, and explained to me what the different equipment they set up does. They checked in to monitor moisture levels and quickly put together an estimate for repairing all of the damages. I opted to move forward with them as my contractor for repairs and they helped me work with my insurance in making sure I was fairly represented in my claim. There was a slight delay between the mitigation efforts and the construction efforts, but this was due to a review by insurance and not a delay by ServPro. I am overall happy with every aspect of how they took a horrible experience and made it painstakingly simple for me.

The ServePro team from Pottsville was excellent, this is defined by immediate arriving and quickly and professionally taking care of the flooding in basement. They were able to remove the floor, take out the mildew, shower scrub the floor and fix the walls. They performed like a championship sports team, very compassionate and friendly in a tough situation. The basement is back to new, even better!
