We had a flood from our refrigerator that damaged the kitchen and daylight basement area. Tyler and Jesus, and the rest of their crew were phenomenal in the water mitigation process. They were very thorough and professional, walking us through the process to get everything torn out and dried out to prepare for reconstruction. Tyler communicated every step of the way, they were timely with their appointments, and they really worked to make sure that the disruption in our lives was handled with care and kindness, prioritizing our home and our concerns. Tyler and Jesus and the team took great care to wall off unaffected areas with plastic to reduce the spread of dust, and despite all the demolition, always left the affected areas as cleaned up as possible.
A kitchen flood is never a good thing, but we are thankful for Tyler and his team helping us through it in such a kind, caring, and professional way.
