Another homeowners emergency (flooding in the basement with mold present) where we needed to call in the big guns. After calling 2 other contractors who didn’t answer their phones, Servpro was prompt to answer my call over the weekend and schedule a time to meet for immediate inspection. Upon inspection, Eduardo Mejia set our minds at ease with the lower severity of the issue if addressed immediately. He was thorough in his inspection and description of the process of remediation. He went above and beyond explaining the entire process and answered all our many questions for how to complete mitigation including follow up questions along the way.
