Jeff was assigned to run my home restoration project. He has been amazing. From the very first day I met Jeff, he instilled trust in me that my home would be returned in excellent condition. Jeff has just the right balance of kindness and compassion for the situation, and business. His plan for an initial meeting with him, myself, and the sub-contractors as a kick off the project was the perfect way to launch the work and I always felt I knew who the players were and he followed through consistently. He got to know me, what I needed to survive this, and he never let me down. I had been told horror stories from others who had been through similar situations about how difficult the restoration process would be. That is not the story I would tell. While it has not been easy to leave my house and live in a hotel for a month, I knew I could trust Jeff to see the details of this project through to the end.
