It is important to me and my family that I put into words how grateful we are. You and all of your employees were always, friendly, courteous and thoughtful in your handling of our mothers belongings after the unfortunate fire that removed her from her home of 55 years. She is 92 with Alzheimers and at 6am her caregiver called me and I was there in less then 5 minutes. To find the street filled with firetrucks, police and even a Helicopter. Within a couple of hours SERVPRO was there to help us understand what steps needed to happen and they handled everything of hers just as they said they would, over the next few months.

Immediately after an arson fire in my two-story building in Portland OR on Sunday, January 28, 2018, SERVPRO’s Benjamin Newman, Project Manager, and his deconstruction crew moved in to safe the building and commence inventorying and removing tenant belongings and improvements and removing all ceiling, wall, and floor materials down to the bare structure while securing and drying the building and helping adjacent tenants remain in business. Mr. Newman did a fine job of organizing and scheduling the process, and keeping me apprised of problems and solutions and schedule. His workers appeared and acted professional, worked quickly, and were invariably courteous to each other, other tenants, and me.
SERVPRO previously helped me by dehumidifying a building which suffered a burst water pipe under the concrete floor slab. I remain happy with their work and professionalism, and will certainly call on them for future help and recommend them to other building owners.
