The pipes in my basement froze and burst, leading to a huge flood and significant water damage. The folks at this SERVPRO location were absolutely wonderful!
Not only did they find the time to come out within a few hours (though this was during a snowstorm and they were swamped with calls), they were AMAZING!!!
First of all, they were SO kind and helpful. I can't say enough how comforting and supportive it is to have contractors who are responsive, helpful and kind when you are in the middle of a crisis like this.
They worked very hard to clean things up and dry out my basement, keeping me informed and returning daily to check on things. They went above and beyond on everything and gave me excellent advice and information about how to proceed once they were done with their part of the cleanup. I was actually sad when it came time to say a final goodbye!
I guess I could create a new tragedy in my home to keep them coming through, but that is going a bit too far!
