What our
customers are saying
Buffy, Bob, and Dan were all great!
The crew members, (Derek, Kris, and Chris), could not have been more professional than what I experienced. They explained all procedures in simple terms. They were very neat about their work. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. I was somewhat challenged in my personal knowledge of the problem that occurred at the water damage. They sensed my situation and reactions and were very calm in re-assuring me that I was “In SERVPRO hands”
The workers were terrific and courteous just all around good guys.
The purpose of this letter is to notify you of the pleasure we had in dealing with this specific crew, during a very stressful and sad event for us and our family. Deb did a thorough job of explaining everything to us, and answering all of our panic ridden questions. Their respect for us and our relatively new home offered us a sense of comfort that was much needed as this. They worked extremely hard, without complaints and very few breaks. They accomplished these tasks with as little added mess as possible, and were extremely efficient.
We can’t reiterate enough, what relief and hope they extended to us. They are wonderful people, with a deep sense of determination to help others. This is our first emergency of this kind, involving our home, and its consequences. We ask that you recognize this team, particularly Deb and Kris, who allowed us to see “light at the end of the tunnel”. At a very dark time in our lives as a homeowner. We can’t say enough grateful and respectful things about them. Thank you for responding to our sudden needs, with such a great dedicated crew! We hope we will never have a need for your services again. Nut they are always welcome to stop by to say HI, and see our reconstructed basement that we can partially contribute to their heartfelt effort.
Great service, explained everything that needed done. Great communication.
SERVPRO was out the same day we called and provided excellent service cleaning up the water damage in our kitchen.
Derek was totally courteous. Made us feel at ease and confident.
Fantastic response!! Great crew, (Deb, Corey, Derek, Bob, Kris, Chris), and great work. Thank you!
I really feel that the team, (Deb, Kris, Derek, Chris), you sent went above and beyond the call of duty, I was led to believe that everything would be good when they left, not only was it good, but the team actually showed real concern for our issues. This in hand is rare in business anymore. I hope this never happens again but if it does I will call your helpful staff.

About Us
SERVPRO of Southeastern Cuyahoga County is a woman owned company which has been in operation since 1996. The owner, Michal Fosdick, has a great reputation within the industry including insurance agents and adjusters a like. Occasionally you may find her with her sleeves rolled up out on a loss no matter what time of day or night. SERVPRO of Southeastern Cuyahoga County is a 22 year member of the BBB with a continuous A+ rating. As a leader in mitigation, Michal realized the business was missing out on the benefits of reconstruction. So in 2018 she opened up a reconstruction division led by Harold Rozak. As a one stop shop SERVPRO of Southeastern Cuyahoga County handles losses from beginning to end proving “Like it never even happened”.
Mother Nature has not been kind this year to many areas of the United States. SERVPRO of Southeastern Cuyahoga County's Storm Team, led by Dennis Fosdick, Jr., Vice President of Operations, handled losses in MD, VA, IL, MI, WI, PA, DC, WV, MA, TX, WI, LA,NC, SC, GA and FL. Armed with semis loaded with equipment, a convoy of smaller trucks and equipment trailers and their mobile command center they headed off to help those in need.
Melanie Tremmel wears many hats, however the largest one is that of Office Manager. She is amazing at multitasking, whether its dispatching crews for local losses, the Storm Team out of state, programming new devices or answering a simple question, she does it all with a smile. Her knowledge is vast and her laugh infectious!
