We had a pipe separate in our basement and it caused water damage that had to be mitigated. It happened not too long after a lot of flooding events in the Columbus/Central Ohio area. ServePro through our PM, Justin and Rachel got us set up as soon as they could and I was the lucky recipient of a time slot that someone else cancelled. Overall positive experience as they removed all carpet, tack strips and baseboards to get the walls dry. Nick was my regular dry check guy and was great about getting everything done. Likely going to hire them to do the rebuild/restoration. So we'll see how that goes!
