I just got a new house and the pipes froze needless to say water everywhere...I was so stressed out and Dennis and his team were out here within an hour to help and reassure that everything was gonna be takin care of and they surpassed what I expected! The girls just left after they finished with packing up everything.  They have done a great job and all is ready to go for the moving team.  We had mentioned to Tamika that maybe we could wait till Monday for the "Move Out" day and she said she would let the office know. After she left we see there is a large chance of rain on Monday, so Tuesday would be fine with us, please let me know if this will work for you. 

 I also wanted to let you know how great Tamika was this week.  She made this process go smoothly, and was very friendly and helpful.  Also, if it wasn't for her experience and knowledge we would have never known about the damage that was done in one of the closets in the basement that is part of our claim.  Tamika truly represents the reason we are thankful we chose SERVPRO.
