Jazmin is our Office Manager at SERVPRO of Upper West Side since 2018. Our owner, Benjamin O. Vargas is delighted that she is leading the way for our office staff. She has a background in the construction industries, which affords her a keen eye for the needs and requirements of our crews and customers. Jazmin is a certified water restoration technician (WRT) from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. Her hands-on experience is invaluable as she uses her talents for Quick Books, and the industry standard for job estimations and scheduling—Xactimate—to keep projects on course. Jazmin can always be reached by calling (917) 498-1362. She lives in the Bronx, though after Hurricane Katrina Jazmin volunteered for community service with Habitat for Humanity in New Orleans. When not working, she enjoys writing poetry, working out, traveling, and keeping up with the latest fashions. Jazmin also LOVES ANIMALS.

Simon Hirsch
Simon is our Sales and Marketing Manager at SERVPRO of Upper West Side. He brings a great amount of enthusiasm, which is being channeled into increasing the footprint of our brand. The move is on to network with commercial agencies, charities, and trade groups along with our residential neighbors. Simon is local himself, raised in Brooklyn but now living in the Bronx. He is involved in the 92nd Street Y Gala which provides many local services to our neighbors. A very worthy charity. Simon, when not working hard to generate business for our SERVPRO franchise, enjoys playing basketball and staying on top of fantasy leagues. He also enjoys reading science fiction, geography, and food blogging. Simon is a key member of our team.
