The Operations Manager, Gianpiero, was not only competent and professional but worked with his team to get the job done in a timely manner. He was also compassionate in understanding how difficult it was for us to cope with the loss of lots of sentimental items that accumulate over many years in a basement. We are grateful for his help.

Two days later the smell of the smoke was completely gone. The soot was gone from all the surfaces and cabinets in my kitchen. It was clean and done with such professionalism.
