When a condensate line in our attic cracked, it caused extensive water damage throughout our home. What started in the attic ruined insulation, damaged the ceiling and walls of our second-floor office, destroyed carpeting, affected furniture and electronics, damaged hardwood flooring in our master bedroom closet, and even leaked into our kitchen below. I contacted Stephanie, and from that moment forward, her team was exceptional. Over the course of a week, multiple crews worked diligently to mitigate the damage. They carefully moved furniture, protected our ceramic tile, hardwood stairs, and hallway floors, removed damaged sheetrock and carpeting, and set up dehumidifiers and air movers throughout the affected areas. Every step of the process was handled with professionalism and care. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job correctly. They didn't simply dry what was visible and move on. They returned regularly to monitor moisture levels and, when their equipment indicated that the hardwood flooring in our closet was not drying properly, they immediately took action. They carefully packed our clothing into garment boxes, removed the affected flooring, and continued the drying process to ensure no hidden moisture remained. Their communication was outstanding. They always called before arriving, explained exactly what they would be doing, kept us informed of next steps, documented everything thoroughly, and worked directly with our insurance adjuster by providing photographs and damage reports. Having experienced water damage in a previous home, I've unfortunately seen how these situations can be mishandled. This experience was the complete opposite. Every employee we encountered was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned about helping us through a difficult situation. Having major water damage in your home is like needing surgery—you never want to be in that position, but when you are, you're grateful for skilled professionals who know exactly what they're doing. Having the right people helping you through it can make all the difference. Stephanie and her team turned an unpleasant situation into a remarkably smooth and reassuring experience. The entire Servpro team is stellar from Stephanie who coordinated over a weekend to Scott who came first thing to inspect to Holly who managed the schedule and the team who came the next day to get started on the clean up and remediation. We discovered a sewage leak with a bio-hazardous situation in our crawl space and Servopro team lived to their tag line - "it is like it never happened". They were prompt, courteous, efficient and super responsive. I would highly recommend anyone considering their services.

When I had a burst pipe in my home, I called ServPro Putnam for remediation of water damage. I worked with Stephanie Bellofatto and she was fantastic! She helped coordinate everything and I had a team at my house the next day and they handled all the insurance work for me. Very professional and timely. They setup all the equipment, dried out my home and inspected for any water/mold damage that we couldn't see. In times of turmoil it is good to know that there are well run professional organizations available to help you. My Allstate Insurance Agent, Marabelle Brenes recommended Servpro to aid in the cleanup resulting from a clogged trap. My initial contact was Stephanie Bellafatto who handled all the organization and coordination from initial review with Justin to preparation for cleanup. Justin was professional and clear in the explanation of what to expect. The 3 gentlemen who did the cleanup , Matt,Carlos and Tommy were professional, courteous and excellent in their work The area was left clean and well prepped. Matt explained exactly what was done for clarity. My expectations were clearly surpassed and I recommend this organization without reservation.

Can’t not say enough good things about this company ! Of course we discovered our leak and mold condition after hours and called their answering service. Within minutes we were contacted by one of the owners, Lisa. She was wonderful and said she would have one of her technicians over in the morning. Zach arrived at 8 am and met with our insurance adjuster and came up with a game plan. He explained everything to us and what they would be doing. When the workers arrived the next day they found much more mold than was expected, Zach handled everything !! He was our liaison with the insurance adjuster explaining everything that was found and all the additional work that was needed. Two days of demolition and almost two weeks of mold and water remediation later the job was complete. They removed all contaminated materials and left our home clean and ready for remodeling. Constant communication between us and our insurance company by Zach made this awful situation much easier and assured we received full compensation from our insurance.
