Meet Our Team

Lisa is the proud owner of SERVPRO of Putnam County and of SERVPRO of NW & SE Dutchess County. Her restoration experience spans from the construction industry to being a real estate broker for over 30 years. Since 2013, Lisa has been directing these two SERVPRO franchises. She is a licensed mold remediator and also boasts IICRC certifications for fire, water, and odor control. She was born and raised in Putnam County but has called Dutchess County home since 1995. Naturally, she is a member of the Dutchess County and the Greater Mahopac/Carmel Chambers of Commerce. Lisa's steady hand and direction have provided many customers and clients with excellent service. She has three sons and six grandchildren, yet she still finds time for travel, trail riding, and the beaches. Lisa LOVES animals and has 3 rescue dogs as well as being a breeder of both mini long-haired and Standard Dachshunds. Lisa has also fostered several different breeds of dogs.

Meet Stephanie the Director of Commercial and Residential Accounts for SERVPRO of Putnam County for over 6 years. Stephanie is a lifelong resident of the Mahopac-Carmel area and an active member of her community. She volunteered in the schools when her children were growing up and?organized a food drive to support St. John's food pantry during the pandemic. She is a board member of The Greater Mahopac-Carmel Chamber of Commerce where she chairs the bi-laws committee, the new member committee, a member of the Spring and Fall street fair, holiday in the park, and the small business committees. She participates in the Relay For Life for the American Cancer Society by creating a team that has raised thousands of dollars to help find a cure and eradicate the disease. Stephanie has made a career of supporting and helping people as they build their businesses. Joining her childhood best friend in this current venture has been a great way to help those in the community during some of the most challenging times of their lives. Her mission is to educate, plan, and prepare as many businesses and homeowners as possible before a disaster happens to protect what is most important to them. She is part of a national networking organization and is the Tristate Regional Culture Advisor. She is a proud mom of two sons, one of whom is a veteran, and has two grandsons. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking around the Hudson Valley, listening to live music, the beach, and her flower gardens.

Brian is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Putnam County. He brings several years of hands-on restoration experience to our team, along with a solid background in military-grade cleaning. Based in Poughkeepsie, Brian's commitment to excellence aligns perfectly with our company's dedication to quality service. Outside of work, he enjoys woodworking and spending time with his beloved dog.

Zack is a skilled Production Manager at SERVPRO of Putnam County, bringing over a decade of expertise in water, fire, and sewage cleanup and restoration. A resident of Kingston, Zack is passionate about helping customers restore their properties. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors, whether it’s golfing, hunting, or spending quality time with his family.

Matthew is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Putnam County since 2021. He is IICRC certified as a WRT water damage restoration technician and possesses extensive fire and water restoration experience. He has a broad construction background in drywall, carpentry, painting, and flooring installations. When not directing restoration services, Matthew loves spending time with his daughter in Poughkeepsie.

Justin is the Project Manager at SERVPRO of Putnam County, where he joined our team in 2017. He has been an essential part of our success. With multiple industry certifications, including Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), and Journeyman in Carpet Cleaning & Repair from the IICRC, Justin's expertise ensures top-tier service. He's also a licensed mold remediation specialist in New York State. Coming from a family rooted in construction, Justin learned much from his father, fostering his strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and skill in managing budgets. When he's not helping clients, you'll find him enjoying the great outdoors near his home in Poughkeepsie, where he loves hiking, golfing, and skateboarding.

Meet Mitchel Smith, our dedicated Production Manager at SERVPRO of Putnam County. Since joining our team in 2014, Mitchel’s journey has been one of continuous growth. He started as a Production Technician, worked his way up to Crew Chief, and then moved into his current role as Project Manager—all over 10 years. Mitchel holds an impressive range of IICRC certifications, including WRT, ASD, AMRT, and TCST (Trauma Crime Scene Technician). With a strong foundation in construction, thanks to his contractor father, he brings invaluable expertise to our projects. Mitchel calls Pleasant Valley home, where he enjoys life with his wife, child, and their two dogs.

Carlos has been a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Putnam County for six years. He holds IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Trauma & Crime Scene Cleanup (TCST), with expertise in mold remediation. Residing in Poughkeepsie, Carlos is well-known in his community as a skilled mechanic and body shop detailer. In his free time, he enjoys playing and following baseball and football.

Karen, our dedicated Construction Division Office Manager at SERVPRO of Putnam County, has been an essential part of our team for over eight years. With a strong background in commercial construction and auto repair shop management, she ensures smooth operations and efficiency. Karen resides in East Fishkill, where she actively supports the local PBA and Toys for Tots. An outdoor enthusiast, she enjoys hiking and time with family and friends.

Marcella is a member of our cleaning crew at SERVPRO of Putnam County. Her experience as a painter and farm worker expresses her commitment to deep cleaning. She can help stock and has a cashiering background as well. Marcella lives in Pleasant Valley.

Chuck is a seasoned Crew Chief at SERVPRO Putnam County, having 21 years of experience with our team. He holds IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Fire and Smoke Restoration (FSRT), and Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT). Beyond restoration, Chuck is highly skilled in constructing mobile shelving, landscaping, and packing and shipping. A music and entertainment enthusiast, he especially enjoys playing basketball with his son. They live in Hyde Park.

Roberta has been an IICRC-certified cleaning technician at SERVPRO of Putnam County on and off since 2018. She is a meticulous and detail-oriented cleaner and customers love her work. She is there to assist us when duty calls. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Harold is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Putnam County and has been on our team since 2018! He is qualified to lead, having certification in fire & smoke damage (FRST), water damage restoration (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), and applied microbial remediation (mold.) Harold lives in Pleasant Valley and, when not at work, enjoys fishing, hunting, and football.

Kyle has been at SERVPRO of Putnam County since 2023. He is a technician certified in water damage and fire & smoke damage restoration. His construction background in framing, carpentry, roofing, and demolition provides expertise for our franchise. Locally, he is involved with the Matt Herring Foundation and enjoys playing guitar and painting.

Leif is a Production Technician for SERVPRO Putnam County. He joined us in 2024 with a background in sanitation, which is very useful for water damage restoration. Leif enjoys playing video games and watching movies.

Mark's experience in construction spans over 31 years. He is the ideal Construction Manager for SERVPRO of Putnam County. Many years have been spent with CMM Construction Corp, but he has been on our team since 2018. He leads the way for demolition and build-backs.

I've been with SERVPRO since November 2014. I started as a technician and enjoyed working with my co-workers in the field. In 2018, I transitioned to the office and took on the role of Job File Coordinator. Outside of work, I’m a devoted wife and mom of three. I love spending time with my family and my Great Dane, Odin, as well as soaking up the sunshine with a refreshing iced coffee. When I’m not working or uploading files, you’ll find me shuttling my kids to after-school activities, exploring the beautiful mountains of Southwestern Virginia, or winding down with a good book.
