For over 11 years, Cynthia has been a cornerstone of SERVPRO Team Allen, now leading as our Director of Operations. She expertly manages daily logistics, keeps projects on schedule and budget, and guides our team with steady leadership. Her dedication drives our success every day!

Amit Persaud has been with SERVPRO of Forest Hills / Ridgewood since 2017, starting as a Crew Chief and Lead Rebuilder, and now serving as Director of Construction. He holds the important NY State Mold Supervisor Certification and is IICRC certified in water damage restoration (WRT), fire and smoke (FSRT), odor control (OCT), and applied structural drying (ASD). With over 25 years of construction experience, Amit brings exceptional expertise to our build-back services. Outside of work, he is actively involved in the United Madrassi Association (UMA), volunteers at homeless shelters dispensing meals, and enjoys spending time with his family. Amit lives in Queens, where he’s part of a cricket club and enjoys swimming and bike riding.

Terri is a key member of SERVPRO of Forest Hills / Ridgewood Team Allen, serving as the Human Resource Administrator since March 2023. After a successful 30-year career in the mortgage industry, she made the leap to HR, bringing a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to the role. Terri is passionate about fostering a positive, supportive workplace and is dedicated to ensuring that all employees feel valued and cared for. Outside of work, she enjoys strolls along the Rockaway boardwalk in her New York neighborhood and takes great pride in her two adult children.

As the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Forest Hills / Ridgewood, Angelica excels at keeping everything organized, enabling our crews and office staff to work efficiently and boost productivity. Outside of work, she enjoys quality time with her family in Brooklyn.

Gerrianne is the CMO at SERVPRO of Forest Hills / Ridgewood with over 20 years in sales and marketing. She excels in creating effective sales strategies, leading teams, and supporting clients in fire, water, and mold restoration. Outside work, she enjoys cooking, museums, and the beach.

Anthony has been serving as the Accounts Receivable/Payable office worker at SERVPRO of Forest Hills, Ridgewood since 2023, where he plays a key role in managing the company's financial processes. With a QuickBooks certification under his belt, Anthony ensures that all transactions run smoothly and efficiently. In addition to his expertise in accounting, he is also a certified notary public.

Kerri is a dedicated administrative assistant at SERVPRO of Forest Hills /. Ridgewood, having joined the team in 2024. Her exceptional organizational skills and positive attitude make her a fantastic addition to Team Allen. Kerri plays a pivotal role in coordinating the efforts of the office staff, sales team, and production crews, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. She is known for her ability to multitask and keep everyone on track, which has greatly contributed to the overall success of the team.

Beyond her professional contributions, Kerri is actively involved in her community through the Women's Auxiliary with the Knights of Columbus and the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW). Her commitment to service and support for veterans reflects her caring nature and dedication to helping others.

Residing in Brooklyn, Kerri enjoys spending her free time outdoors, where she finds joy in fishing and participating in 5K walk/runs. These activities not only keep her active but also allow her to connect with nature and her local community. Kerri often shares stories of her outdoor adventures, inspiring her colleagues to embrace an active lifestyle as well.

As a Project Manager, Cesar Chai is a highly skilled restoration expert at SERVPRO of Forest Hills, Ridgewood, where he has been making a difference since 2021. With over six years of experience in the restoration industry, his expertise is truly unmatched. Cesar holds the Water Damage Restoration (WRT) certification from the IICRC, showcasing his comprehensive knowledge in the field. Additionally, he is a certified Mold Remediation Technician (AMRT) and has completed Lead Abatement training, further solidifying his qualifications.

Cesar takes immense pride in his work, meticulously attending to every detail to ensure that his clients are completely satisfied with the services he provides. His commitment to excellence sets him apart as a trusted professional in the industry.

Outside of work, Cesar enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends in the vibrant Borough of Brooklyn. Whether it’s exploring local spots or simply relaxing at home, he cherishes the moments spent with his loved ones.

Eric has been a Project Manager at SERVPRO of Forest Hills / Ridgewood since 2020. With many years of experience in restoration and construction, he's a valuable asset to Team Allen. Eric holds IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT), and New York State Mold Abatement. Outside of work, he lives in East Flatbush, actively supports local food drives and pantries, and enjoys sports and socializing with friends.

John is one of the newest and most promising members of Team Allen here at SERVPRO of Forest Hills / Ridgewood. Since joining us in 2023, he has demonstrated remarkable growth and dedication, quickly advancing from Technician to Lead Technician.

John brings a valuable background in plumbing to our team, which enhances his skill set and enables him to tackle a variety of challenges with ease. His ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations makes him an asset to our operations.

When he's not hard at work, John cherishes his time off spent with friends and family. He finds peace at the beach, where the sun and surf provide the perfect backdrop for relaxation. Additionally, John is an avid gamer, often immersing himself in exciting virtual worlds and adventures. Those video games? They’re more than just a hobby; they’re a passion that keeps him engaged and entertained!

As a Lead Technician, Walter has been with Team Allen's SERVPRO of Forest Hills / Ridgewood since 2021 and has over five years of restoration experience. He is IICRC-certified in water damage restoration (WRT) and applied microbial remediation (AMRT) and is a valuable leader. Walter resides in Staten Island.

Ricardo has been an integral part of SERVPRO of Forest Hills / Ridgewood since 2023, serving as a lead technician. With 6 years of extensive restoration experience, he has honed his skills to effectively manage various projects. Ricardo is IICRC-certified in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Crime & Trauma Scene cleanup, demonstrating his commitment to professional standards in the industry. Originally from Staten Island, he enjoys playing and watching football and immersing himself in video games during his free time. Family is very important to him, and he cherishes moments spent with loved ones, making sure to balance work and personal life

Giuseppe has been a Reconstruction Technician and an integral part of our construction department at SERVPRO of Forest Hills / Ridgewood since 2023. With over 20 years of extensive experience in construction and build-back projects, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise that greatly enhances Team Allen's capabilities. His proficiency in managing various aspects of construction ensures that projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Tom joined Team Allen in March 2023 as the Asset Supervisor for SERVPRO of Forest Hills / RIdgewood. He holds certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Fire Restoration (FSRT), along with confined space training. With several years of restoration experience, Tom also served in the Civil Engineer Squadron of the USAF. As an Air Force Veteran, he is passionate about giving back to the community through charity work with the Knights of Columbus and the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW). In his free time, Tom loves to leave his Brooklyn home to fish and enjoy the beach.

Juan is a dedicated production technician for Team Allen's SERVPRO of Forest Hills / Ridgewood restoration franchise. With over eight years of experience in the restoration industry, he is ECTP-trained as a Tech 100 & 200, equipping him with essential skills to handle various restoration projects effectively. Since joining the team in 2023, Juan has demonstrated his commitment to being a valuable team player, leveraging his previous three years of experience as a construction worker to contribute to the team's success. Residing in New York, Juan cherishes the spring season, enjoying quality time with his family. He also loves playing baseball, fishing, and exploring new places through travel.

Diego has been a dedicated production technician at SERVPRO of Forest Hills / Ridgewood since 2023. During his time with us, he has successfully completed our in-house Employee Certification Training Program (ECTP), equipping him with the essential skills and knowledge to tackle a variety of restoration and cleanup tasks effectively. Known for his strong work ethic, Walther consistently demonstrates a commitment to excellence as a vital member of Team Allen.

Outside of work, Walther enjoys swimming and going to the gym, where he maintains an active lifestyle and prioritizes his health and fitness. His passion for physical activity complements his professional dedication, contributing to his resilience and teamwork on the job. Residing in New York, Walther brings not only technical expertise but also a positive attitude and enthusiasm to the SERVPRO family.

As Commercial Sales & Marketing Representative for SERVPRO Team Allen, Suzanne leverages her extensive local knowledge, professional experience, and strong community connections to help businesses and property owners.
