I had my home flood starting from the upstairs all way to the bottom. Water was running for at least a couple days, and I was in CA at the time. Luckily I have great neighbors because they caught the water and shut it off from the road immediately. SERVPRO of Southwest Las Vegas was recommended by my insurance company and they were on site within 45 min with two vehicles FULL of equipment surprisingly they were able to save A LOT more than I thought. Best part of the experience was the technicians were on time (and called even if they were 5 min late) The language was VERY professional and the knowledge was surprisingly amazing! They kept me up to date when I questioned they always gave an answer and they made the job a lot better than I thought. I will call them in a heart beat if this ever happened again. HOPEFULLY I don't have to call them but if this happens I will for sure!
SERPVRO came out and gave me an estimate on the damages done to my home. They were very nice and honest with all the work. My upstairs bathroom had been leaking for some time and I was starting to get sick more and more. I looked up reasons why and found that it could be mold. I called SERVPRO out to check the areas. They had an infrared and other tools and found moisture in the ceiling below the upstairs bathroom. They protected the area so I wouldn't be further harmed and cleaned the area. I'm glad I called them and glad they asked the right questions to help me remove the mold in the area.

We got the insurance involved and they were able to complete the demo in two days, containment and everything and past the post testing. The job was quick and easy and the guys that came out were very knowledgeable and friendly
