Wow first of all, the entire experience from end to end with the ServePro team at Southwest fast and fantastic. I had a major leak on July 4th. My initial call to them went to an answering service. I had another company come to take a look at they quoted $6k for the restoration project. The guy was nice but he kept suggesting I tear down areas that I thought were unnecessary. When Andreas from ServePro came, his assessment was much more reasonable. They have a digital moisture monitor that shows which areas are wet but they ALSO have an infrared monitor to confirm the other instruments findings which I thought was a huge plus. The way the documented every step and move with moisture readings and photos and produced a detailed document at the end was above expectations. The original estimate came in at $3k to $5k which was lower than the first company. When the work was expertly completed by Saul, Kenya and his team. I was surprised to receive an invoice for only $2.6k well under then estimate! This is true honesty! They could have charged the $3k anyway and I would have been happy because it was on the lower end of the estimate but they charged for actual work done. I couldn’t be more happy with the work they did. They did what was necessary, and be sure to not tear down unnecessary walls and flooring. The biggest difference was the infrared tool to validate the digital tool. That’s what the first guy did not come with which led him to just blanket say everything needed to be removed to be 100% sure. As for Saul and Kenya, they were the nicest people, patient, thorough, clean and hardworking. They really went above and beyond, better than I ever ever expected from a service company. I looked forward to seeing them every morning if that’s weird… :). If I owned a restoration company, these are the people I would try to poach. If that doesn’t give anyone confidence, I’m not sure what will. It was a great surprise to see females in the field doing this type of work. This company cares about equality. The gals at the office are friendly, prompt and awesome too! I can’t say I would want another water accident to work with these guys again but these guys were amazing to work with!! I can’t say more good things about this team! Thank you ServePro for coming through!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. From the very beginning, the entire experience exceeded every expectation I had. After my house flooded, I was overwhelmed and stressed, but the team made the entire restoration process so much easier. A huge thank you to Jose, Roby, and Justin. These guys were nothing short of phenomenal. Their professionalism, communication, and work ethic were outstanding from day one. They arrived early every morning with positive attitudes and were always ready to work. They kept me informed throughout every step of the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with everything that was happening. The amount of work they put into tearing apart the damaged areas of my home, removing all of the water damaged materials, and making sure everything was properly dried out was incredible. You could tell they genuinely cared about doing the job the right way instead of simply getting it done quickly. They treated my home with respect, cleaned up after themselves, and paid attention to every detail. What impressed me the most was the energy they brought every single day. No matter how difficult the job was, they stayed positive, worked hard, and were always friendly and respectful. It is rare to find a team that combines excellent workmanship with outstanding customer service, but Jose, Roby, and Justin did exactly that. I cannot thank this team enough for everything they did during such a stressful time. They turned an overwhelming situation into one where I knew my home was in good hands. If you ever find yourself dealing with flood or water damage, I highly recommend this team without hesitation. They truly care about their customers and take great pride in their work. Thank you again, Jose, Roby, and Justin, for your hard work, dedication, and professionalism. You all deserve recognition for the amazing job you did. 10 out of 10, I would absolutely recommend you to anyone who needs restoration or water damage work done.

Everyone from the first person, Justin to the last person, Maria were awesome and helpful answering any questions we had. They made the process go smoothly.

We had a leaky garbage disposal that caused water damage to our sink cabinets and mold damage, and Serv pro came out and removed the affected drywall area, and treated the area with anti microbial spray. The team of Cristian, Mariana, and Marcela were very professional, courteous, polite, knowledgeable, and best of all they were quick and efficient with the job and clean up process. It’s stressful going through a process like this overall, but in terms of the experience with Serv Pro, not so much, they made it streamlined and as easy as possible for us, and we appreciate it. Thank you Serv Pro team, and thank you to Kade Shank, the account manager, who was our original point of contact.

More than impressed by the work Servpro of Southwest Las Vegas did in my home. Came home from a long day at work to a flood and everything seemed ruined. Servpro crew took less than a hour to get to my house to start to assure me that it wasn’t the end of the world. They covered all of my stuff and made sure they put up plastic to keep mess to a minimum. I would definitely call them out if you ever have an emergency!

Our water line to our fridge burst and we had water everywhere. I called Servpro Southwest after hours and they connected me to someone right away. They reassured me that we were in good hands. The guys that came out were very professional and answered all my questions. When they were finished with the demo and drying, their reconstruction team came and put everything back to where you couldn't even tell we had a flood or any work done at all. Ricky is quite a perfectionist when it comes to texture and paint. Thank you guys!!!
